If you are in your first or second childhood chances are that seeing images of Mickey Mouse will immediately bring a little bit of joy into your day. Opening Ceremony has teamed up with Vans to bring us a few silhouettes that places the Head Mouse In Charge squarely in our view.
The Vans “Mickey Mouse” Collection For Opening Ceremony includes three canvas based silhouettes each a little different than the next. The Vans Sk8-Hi and Vans Authentic give up an all over print image of him in yellow and red respectively while the Vans Slip-On opts for celluloid cells of him in Disney’s early era.
The full collection includes shirts to make the shoes and is available at the Opening Ceremony website. If you want a pair shipping and handling will be involved but it’ll be totally worth it for the head turning that they will induce.
