DJ Mustard Promises 'Greatness' For Kendrick Lamar's Next Album (@kendricklamar @DJMustard)

DJ Mustard's success in 2014 hasn't shown any signs of slowing down.

The producer talked about his career with Hard Knock TV. With credits from YG, Kid Ink, and Tyga, the 23-year-old is will work with Kendrick Lamar for his next album to create what he calls "greatness."

"[Kendrick] told me he wants me to yell on some s***," he said. "You know how I been doing that Fat Man Scoop s***? It's coming. Nobody wants to do that anymore. Nobody wants to have fun. Everyone always wants to be all serious and s***. I'm trying to turn up. I'm trying to have a party. That's what I want to do. I don't know what the outcome of that's gonna be but I know it's gonna be greatness...I know me and Terrace Martin were working on some s*** for him, but we didn't do it yet. It's gonna come. It's gonna be hard."

Mustard also believes that he deserves 'Producer of The Year' title at every award show this year.

"We got eight [songs on Billboard's Hot 100] now. We're 8% of your Hot 100," he said. "I'm trying to be 10%. I need Producer Of The Year for every award show. Every one. All of them. I think I deserve it. I had an epiphany right now."

Mustard was nominated for Producer of The Year at BET's Hip Hop Awards last year with Mike Will Made It wining the title.

The rapper made a special appearance at the Song For The Mute Show at Mercedes-Benz Fashion week in Sydney, Australia.

According to the Daily Mail, the rapper is a fan of the designers and expressed interest in appearing in the fashion show. With his modeling debut on a large scale, the rapper showed no signs of fear.

"It's cool. I'm not even thinking about it. I mean I'll just put on some clothes, walk to the end, turn around and come back again." he said.

With his hand in two fashion lines, Righteous Kung-Fu and Trilly & Truly, the rapper is interested in where his new project will take him.

Pharrell Talks Supporting Same Sex Marriage (@Pharrell)

harrell visited the Ellen show this week and talked about the success of his single "Happy," women's rights and his support of gay marriage.

The singer recently was nominated for nine Billboard nominations including Top R&B Artist and Top R&B song for "Happy." The super producer took his time on Ellen to talk about his view on equality in America today.

"We're a species that has a space station floating above the Earth for 20 years," he said. "We even have a rover on the surface of Mars. How can we be the same species that is telling people... we have legislators and legislation in places, in certain places that tells women what they can and cannot do with their bodies. How is that possible?"

He continues to say, "Who are you telling who they can marry and who they can't? What is this? This is 2014."

Justin Bieber's latest trip to Miami wasn't just for fun.

The singer was seen in Miami in the studio with Lil Wayne. Recently, the singer has been working with Birdman and his popular artists Austin Mahone on new music. The two have worked together on "Backpack" from his Journals series-turned-album.

The project can be for Lil Wayne's upcoming album the Carter V or another opportunity for Justin to show his new sound.

The singer was also seen with Soulja Boy throwing up questionable gang signs over the weekend.

Actor Anthony Mackie like to flirt and joke, but his hear belongs to his girlfriend of over 20 years.

The "Captain America: Winter Solider" star talked with Queen Latifah on Friday about the "Falconette" in his life. He mentions that he's been dating the mystery lady on and off since they were seven-years-old.

"It was funny. I was coming from a very bad school and going to a very good school," he said. "And when I walked into second grade it was Dr. Seuss Day, and we had the little hot plate out and the teacher was making green eggs and ham. So I walk in and I looked and I see this little girl with these ratty pigtails and skinny legs, and I was like 'WOW!"

Young Cancer Patient's Dying Wish Is To Meet Drake (@Drake)

A Houston teen battling brain cancer has one request-to meet her favorite artist Drake.

According to ABC 13 Houston, Kennedy Brown's battle with brain cancer has kept her in the hospital after reaching a terminal status. Her friends and family planed a series of events for the teen including prom and graduation, with her school giving her an honorary degree.

Some of the other surprises included a visit from Clutch, the Houston Rockets mascot which the teen is a big fan of.

Her friends are continuing to help lift Brown spirits by granting her wishes of meeting Drake.

"We would ask all of your viewers to #DrakeForKen so we can get him to come see her or send something for her because that would mean the world to her," her friend Payton Campbell said.

So far the hashtag hasn't reached the superstar just yet, but friends aren't giving up on Brown's final request.

Former Friend Says Al Sharpton Was Eager To Sell Drugs (@TheRevAl)

After news of Al Sharpton's affiliations with the FBI as a Confidential Informant, former drug trafficker and friend Rob Curington is standing by his story about the Rev. Al Sharpton's eagerness to sell drugs.

According to the Daily Post, 72-year-old Robert Curington, spoke with the paper about his relationship with the Reverend and how Don King played an important part of Sharpton's alleged deals with the mob. Despite reports, Curington says the he's telling the truth about Shaprton.

"It was greed. He just wanted money," he said. He also claims that a meeting with an undercover agent was knowingly passed off to Sharpton because King didn't want to get caught. The meeting Curington refers to is the same meeting Sharpton claims he engaged in to protect his family.

"King was sly — he knew something was off about this," Curington said. "So he kept him downstairs and let his new best friend Al Sharpton talk to him." It was then where Sharpton was caught trying to buy drugs and where he allegedly began his own deals with the FBI.

He also says that Sharpton was scared after the deal, but needed the money.

"He was really tormented," he said. 'You should have just listened to your advisers. Because you're in deep.' I said, 'Why are you talking to these types of people?' He was just greedy. It was all for money."

Sharpton has maintained his innocence through the situation, but Curington isn't buying it.

"He was like two people," he said. "He ran around trying to score money for his National Youth Movement. But you can't be an activist and an opportunist."

Derrick Gordon Dealt With Depression Before Coming Out as Gay (@Derrick5Gordan)

NCAA player Derrick Gordan may have dealt with pressure from an ex lover and others that drove him into depression about his sexuality.

According to the Huffington Post, Division I player Derrrick Gordon released a statement to the public coming out as gay this week.

The UMass player came out to his teammates earlier this month saying that he had nothing to hide. Prior to his announcement, Gordon would spend time in gay bars in New York City. He feared that people seeing him in the environment would immediately out him.

"It was the worst four years of my life," Gordon said. "It was torture. I was just going around faking my whole life, being someone I'm not. It's like wearing a mask because everyone else was wearing that mask. Now that I'm taking the mask off, people can finally see who I really am."

He was also worried about a photo his ex boyfriend posted on Instagram of the two in front of a gay bar. After he 'liked' the photo, his teammates asked him if he was gay and denied it quickly.

"That was probably the lowest point I was ever at," he said. "I didn't want to play basketball anymore. I just wanted to run and hide somewhere. I used to go back to my room and I'd just cry. There were nights when I would cry myself to sleep."

With his mind clear, the player is hoping that others would be comfortable with themselves and their own sexuality.

Coachella Music Festival 2014: A$AP Rocky Debuts New Song

Harlem rap crew A$AP Mob invaded Coachella Music Festival on Friday (April 11). On a sweltering hot afternoon, trap leader A$AP Ferg introduced fans to his motley crew of rhymers.

But before he did that, Fergenstein performed a few songs from his latest album ‘Trap Lord,’ including ‘Shabba’ and ‘Cocaine Castle.’

Ferg, who was dressed in all white except for burgundy sneakers on his feet, stepped aside to let fellow Mob members A$AP Nast and A$AP Twelvy perform tracks from their upcoming compilation album, ‘L.O.R.D.’

The highlight of the show happened midway when A$AP Rocky graced the stage to perform a new song.

The unidentified tune boasted a menacing beat as Dat Pretty MF recited gritty rhymes about keeping it real for the streets.

“When the real n—-s die / F— n—-s will multiply,” went the chorus.

A$AP Ferg closed his set out with rollicking renditions of ‘Let it Go’ and ‘Work,’ respectively.

Benzino Releases New Track 'Walk Away' About Funeral Shooting (@iambenzino)

A clever sample and near-death experience has inspired Benzino to get back in the studio.

The reality star hit the studio for the track 'Walk Away' where he addresses his nephew Gai Scott, who allegedly shot him multiple times at his mother's funeral last month. After a few surgeries, the rapper was able to walk away, hence the name of the track.

Zino drops warning shots to his shooter and promises his enemies to get out of his way, "Thought I told you h**s before that I'm an animal/Make sure I see your niggas so they understand it too/Hundred round drum this ain't a marching band/These motherf****** just better get out my way"

He also likens Scott to the devil on the song.

The rapper spoke on why she wants to switch up her sound and her frustration on how the media portrays her.

"One minute it's the golden child we love, the next minute it's the provocative, raunchy person. Don't get me wrong, I really could care less about the media. I just do what I feel like I want to do and I don't really justify that with anybody. If I do something, I own up to it. If the media's lying or they make up their own perception of something, sometimes I don't really care. You can't please everybody, you can't make everybody feel a certain way about you. My music is sexy, it's raw, it's raunchy and that's just what it is. I know who I am and that's all that matters. My family, my fans and the people that really care about me know, so that's all that really matters to me. The rest of the world and their opinions, it does not make or break me at all."

She also speaks about the dating rumors she faced with French Montana. While she never confirmed the dating whispers, she did have good things to say about the rapper.

"I don't listen to rumors because rumors are made up by people with their own opinions about stuff they don't know about," she said. "I'm not going to say all the time, but to me that's what it is. You see somebody hanging out and you automatically assume they're together. I think some things should just be left alone. That's really personal to me. If the person wants to say "I'm with this person. I'm engaged, I'm pregnant"—then that's up to them. French is a great person. He's an amazing guy and I have the utmost respect for him."

The rapper touched on her sound and why she's steering away from explicit, raunchy songs.

"I was vulnerable, I was in the studio and I guess that this time in the studio, I don't really have a strategic type of record to do" she said. "Everybody's so used to like the baddest chick record or the real explicit, vulgar records. It's easy for me to do that I can do that all day long. I think just to be in a different place and just to have emotion and just to have a different type of energy in the studio. There's a lot of vulnerability, there's a lot of emotion, there's a lot of feelings, there's a lot of control."
