The New Jersey retailers take on the Reebok classic is a blue suede build with orange accents along with hits of gum and grey. A pinstriped lining peeks out as well and if you are stumped as to what specifically inspired this look it was the design of the box that shoes come in.

This very meta colorway will be available at Packer Shoes starting Nov. 8th and hopefully a few pair will hit their website as well.

Nicki Minaj Accused of Evoking Nazi-ism with 'Only' Lyric Video

Nicki Minaj‘s latest visual is stirring up controversy and she may not even know it. On Saturday (Nov. 8), the Young Money superstar debuted a lyric video for her new single ‘Only,’ and it has garnered a tidal wave of negative reactions due to its imagery.

The animated clip, which was directed by Jeff Osborne, features Nazi-inspired images with its SS-style armbands, swastika-like Young Money logos, tanks and Third Reich-ish armies. While Minaj is not the first musician to use Nazi-themed aesthetic in their visuals, her lyric video does raise some concern.

Unsurprisingly, critics are slamming the ‘Anaconda’ rapper on Twitter with plenty of strong condemnation for the video. They are also demanding that she remove the clip from her channel.

Neither Minaj nor her label has responded to the outrage. Meanwhile, the video’s director, Jeff Osborne, has been retweeting people’s harsh criticism of the visual (read them below).

G-Unit Reflect on Their Hustling Ways on 'Big Body Benz'

G-Unit Big Body Benz Soundcloud Ahead of releasing a physical deluxe version of their EP, ‘The Beauty of Independence,’ G-Unit drops a new track called ‘Big Body Benz.’ The song features Kidd Kidd, 50 Cent and Lloyd Banks sharing their dreams of nice cars with clean rims over the Ky Miller-produced beat.

On the track, Fiddy recalls his days hustling on the block and dreams of driving a luxury whip.

“This me, I want that big Benz with the emblem in the grill / Start packin’ the steel, lettin’ n—-s know the deal / I want that s— so bad, start thinkin’ ‘who I got to kill?’ / That’s how a n—- feel when we out there in the field / That Glock was pumpin’, paper comin’, how can n—-s chill?,” he raps.

Meanwhile, Banks raps a cautionary verse of the trial and tribulations that comes with hustling and waging street wars.

“Face the sword, no risk, no reward / Peace talk won’t go no where, gets ignored / Price you can’t afford, white man at your courts / Get you more, right here like before / Seen it all my life s— end like this / Come back filthy rich, still not guilty bitch,” he spits.

The deluxe version of ‘The Beauty of Independence’ EP will be available exclusively at Best Buy on Nov. 10. The collection will feature two bonus tracks: ‘Big Body Benz’ and ‘Ease Up.’

Meanwhile, G-Unit will be hitting the road near the end of the month. The group will hit venues in Philadelphia (Nov. 21), Silver Spring, Md. (Nov. 22) and Boston (Nov. 23). You can cop tickets here.

Rihanna Launches Diamond Ball For Clara Lionel Foundation

Rihanna likes to call herself a bad gal but she is actually doing good things for her native country of Barbados. The R&B superstar has announced plans to launch her inaugural Diamond Ball event on Dec. 11 at the Vineyard in Beverly Hills, Calif.

RiRi will perform with a live orchestra at the event, which will benefit the Clara Lionel Foundation, a philanthropic organization she founded in honor of her grandparents, Clara and Lionel Braithwaite.

“One of the greatest benefits of my job was being able to start the Clara Lionel Foundation in honor of my grandparents,” said Rihanna in a press release. “There is truly nothing I’m more proud of and we’ve just gotten started.”

The Clara Lionel Foundation (CLF) was launched in 2012 to help promote initiatives of health, education, arts and culture on a global scale. Rihanna has as helped raise tens of millions of dollars for charitable causes and hopes to inspire other people with her legacy of service to others.

Along with Rihanna’s performance at the Diamond Ball, guests will also enjoy an elegant dinner and a live auction. In addition, more performers are expected to be announce in the coming weeks.

“I’m excited to continue my work and thrilled to be able to host the Diamond Ball — a night that promises to be elegant and inspirational,” Rihanna said.
