Rick Ross Releases Boss Remix of Ca$h Out's 'Let's Get It'
After dropping the video for “Nickel Rock,” featuring Boosie Badazz, Rick Ross continues to keep his name in the streets by remixing Ca$h Out‘s “Let’s Get It.”
Spitting over the original track, Rozay uses a slow flow to create a solid verse about being rich and living an incredibly opulent lifestyle.
“Os all in my safe, gold all in my grave / Tatts all on my back, cars all in my name / I see twenty million at once, in the backyard of Lil Haiti / Four bodies in six months, this rap game won’t phase me,” he rhymes.
Earlier today, the Miami lyricist took to his Instagram page to announce a Maybach Music Group mixtape to be released for NBA All-Star Weekend.
The “Let’s Get It” remix will be featured on the tape, but as of now, there’s no telling what other cuts will be on there or if any new MMG songs will be revealed. It would be really dope to hear some more new stuff from Meek Mill, that’s for sure.
Check out Ross’ take on Ca$h Out’s 2014 cut below.

Drake's Sad Face at Raptors Game Goes Viral [PHOTOS]
Although Drake’s short film Jungle was getting most of the attention this morning, a photo of the Grammy-winning rhymer is all the rage on social media.
On Wednesday (Feb. 11) night, Drizzy attended a Toronto Raptors vs. Washington Wizards game and suddenly sadness hit him for a brief second. A quick fingered photographer snapped a photo of him and a sports website posted it on Twitter.
Of course, this sparked a slew of people, who are very creative with Photoshop, to slander Drake with sad memes.
And for the record, the Raptors did beat the Wizards 95-93, so there’s really no reason for Drake, who is the team’s ambassador, to be down in the dumps. Revel is Drizzy’s melancholy below.

'Empire' Season 1, Episode 6 Recap: Jamal Becomes a Daddy, Cookie Wants Lucious Back, Vernon Covers Up Bunkie's Murder
Based on the headline, there’s no doubt fans were in for some extreme script writing on this week’s episode of Fox’s No. 1 drama. From Andre, Jamal and Hakeem’s brotherly feud to Cookie and Anika’s battle for Lucious’ attention, Lee Daniels and Danny Strong have left the door of possibilities wide open. But one thing’s for sure: the series will never fall short on celebrity cameos.
Courtney Love’s ‘Empire’ debut puts her in front of the cameras as fallen A-list pop star Elle Dallas, who fights her way out of a cocaine and motel binge to give her career a comeback. But the unexpected celeb appearances also come in the form of Derek Luke as Empire Enterprises’ new head of security and Raven Symone as Jamal’s very long lost and unknown baby mama. While Luke’s role is sure to develop into some sort of scandalous after hours affair with Cookie Lyon, Symone’s could play out or be short-lived. And no one can forget It all comes down to crowd appeal.
As the end of the show highlights things to come in Cookie’s love life, the opening scene shows exactly where her heart is: with Lucious. She’s clearly still hooked on his street savvy charm. When her ex-hubby invites her to dinner days after leaving the rose on her doorstep, she assumes he’s considering letting their relationship go another round. Unfortunately, she’s in for a rude awakening. However, she has no problem letting her ex-husband, his new fiancee and her kids know what she came to dinner for when she strips down to a lingerie set. Get ‘em, Cookie.
Meanwhile, Malik Yoba’s character, better known as Vernon Turner, asks Lucious if he killed Bunkie after the detective investigating the case is seen scrambling through Lucious’ trash. And surprisingly, Lucious holds no qualms when it comes to confessing. “He chose his fate. He wasn’t the Bunkie we grew up with,” he admits. Turner opts to cover for his boss like he always does, but signs show he has a different plan in the long run.
Ultimately, this week’s theme is pain. Hakeem is having problems dealing with the fact that his girl got a girlfriend. Istead of taking advantage of the situation, he puts his anger into his music and finally puts together a lyrically intelligent track to deal with his tears over Tiana. Courtney Love’s character, Elle, is too scared to show her pain, but Cookie convinces her to strip down to the source of her hurt and go raw with her music. And Michael is heartbroken because Jamal doesn’t admit he has a “lady” at home when his singles get some social media traction.
Pain is obviously what it takes to run an empire here.

J. Prince Disses Diddy, Lil Wayne and Suge Knight on 'Courtesy' Song
What’s beef? Rap-a-Lot Records founder J. Prince issues a warning shot to Diddy for putting his hands on Drake last December in Miami with a “courtesy call.”
If you recall, Diddy beat up Drizzy inside a nightclub for stealing the ‘0 to 100’ beat from him. The violent incident put the Toronto rhymer in the hospital with a dislocated shoulder. Although both men have never commented on the matter, it looks like it was resolved.
But in an audio recording obtained by TMZ, J. Prince, whose real name is James Prince, gives the Bad Boy Records CEO a stern warning not to touch Drake ever again.
“Let me put these bully n—-s on notice, by letting them know that Drake is family, ” he says on the song. “Puffy feeling like he can put his hands on my family, opens the doors for his family to be touched. You reap what you sow.”
J. Prince also goes in on Lil Wayne and his manager Cortez Bryant, calling him “a drunk.” He also calls Suge Knight “Suga Bear.” Of course, Knight is going through his own legal problems right now so don’t expect him to respond.
Clearly, this is an unusual diss song and it may be a little dated.
So far, Diddy and Weezy haven’t responded to J. Prince’s verbal slap.
What do you think of J. Prince’s diss song? Tell us in the comments below.

Drake Offers Intimate Look at His Hectic Life in 'Jungle' Short Film
Drake surprised fans this morning (Feb. 12) with the release of his short film titled ‘Jungle.’ The 14-minute visual offers a glimpse into Drizzy’s world now that he’s finally famous.
Directed by Karim Huu Do, the Young Money superstar takes a break from the glitz and the glamour and returns to his old stomping grounds in Toronto, Canada.
The video features vintage home movies of a young afro-ed Drizzy reciting bars from the Fugees’ ‘Ready or Not’ to his teenage years hanging out with his homeboys from high school. We then see an adult Drake sitting in the coffee shop and reflecting on his life thus far.
There’s also a big scene near the end of the film where Drake is looking glum while walking slow-motion through a party with hot women all around. But honestly, is stardom really that gloomy for the Grammy-nominated rapper?
‘Jungle’ also features a moody score from Drake’s longtime collaborator Noah “40” Shebib and a couple of snippets of new songs that sound really good.
There are rumors that Drake will drop a mixtape soon followed by his fourth album, ‘Views from the 6.’ So think of this film as a teaser of good things to come from the OVO Sound leader this year.
