Rapper Wiz Khalifa has to be the happiest man on earth right now. Not only did he achieve his first No. 1 album of his career, but his wife, Amber Rose, gave him a celebratory twerk for the world to see.
After Wizzy’s ‘Blacc Hollywood’ album landed atop the Billboard 200 chart, the blonde-haired bombshell posted a 15-second Instagram video of herself twerking to the rapper’s track ‘A– Drop.’ In the clip, Rose is wearing a sexy blue onesie and pink sunglasses as she booty shakes in front of Khalifa’s colorful portrait.
“In honor of my Hubby’s #1 Album #blacchollywood #AssDrop,” she wrote in the caption.
Of course, the video attracted the thirst buckets and some criticism. Some applauded Rose for supporting her husband while others felt that since she is a mom, she shouldn’t be shaking her booty on the ‘Gram.
Either way, Wizzy was proud of his bae. The Pittsburgh rapper shared a screenshot of his wife’s name trending on Twitter thanks to her bootylicious video.
When it comes to twerking On Instagram Rose is no amateur. The actress-model has displayed her booty-shaking skills before. Back in April she danced in celebration of her cover story for Unleash’d magazine. Of course, we can never forget her classic pre-wedding twerk to Uncle’s Luke’s ‘I Wanna Rock (Doo Doo Brown).’

Nas Chronicles His Journey to Fame in 'Time Is Illmatic' Trailer
Legendary rapper Nas has released a trailer for his highly anticipated documentary, ‘Time Is Illmatic.’
Starting from the early days, the film will take viewers on a journey from Nas’ humble beginnings in Queens to the moment when he was signed to Columbia Records and ultimately recorded his classic 1994 album ‘Illmatic.’
From Nas’ father, jazz artist Olu Dara Jones, to producers and fellow artists like Pharrell Williams, Alicia Keys and Busta Rhymes, everyone speaks highly of the rapper and his influential album.
“I had a passion for music and that was going to be my out,” said Nas in the clip.
Making its premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival earlier this year, Nas announced that he will take the film on the road and visit 14 cities in the fall. The tour will kick off in Rochester, N.Y., on Oct. 2 and wrap up Oct. 19 in Oakland, Calif.
Lil Herb Drops 'Fight or Flight Remix,' Featuring Common and Chance the Rapper

Right off the bat Herb drops passionate bars about struggle and trying to survive his tough neighborhood.
“I’m from where mothers don’t care and babies get killed / Where you gotta rob and go steal for stomachs to fill,” he spits.
Common’s verse also paints a grim picture of what hood life is like in Chi-raq and uses some pretty stellar wordplay.
“The block gets hotter when the streets is dried up / We react like shottas when n—-s is fired up / On some James Brown s— I’ma’ take you higher / To say alive n—-s still living like ‘The Wire,’ he raps.
Chance the Rapper also delivers strong bars as well and goes into detail about coming up as a youth.
All three rappers bring a true grittiness to the song, while providing thought-provoking lyrics. It’s a feat rarely heard in today’s rap climate.

Nipsey Hussle Arrested During a Store Raid in Los Angeles
Rapper Nipsey Hussle was arrested in Los Angeles during a police raid at a clothing store on Friday night (Aug. 29).
According to NBC Los Angeles, the incident happened at the Slauson Avenue Clothing at around 11:30PM. LAPD went to the store to investigate a probation complaint. The man suspected of violating his probation was arrested as well as Hussle who apparently interfered in the arrest.
Hussle, whose real name is Emmias Ashghedom, was charged with obstructing a peace officer.
The ‘Hussle In The House’ rhymer is scheduled to perform at the Made In America Festival in Los Angeles on Sunday (Aug. 31). No word on if this arrest will stop him from performing at the event.

LaFace Records R&B superstar Usher has maintain a viable career in the music game for over twenty years — a feat only a handful of artists have accomplished.
Throughout his career in the business, fans have watched the Chattanooga, Tenn. native grow from a precocious young talent into the mature artist that he is today. But it all wouldn’t have been possible without his self-titled debut LP on LaFace Records.
Released on Aug. 30, 1994, the 14-song effort helped lay the groundwork for the crooner’s illustrious rise in R&B. Executive produced by his mentors Diddy (then known as Puff Daddy) and L.A. Reid, the album was moderately successful boasting the lone hit, ‘When I Think of You.’
Since today marks the 20th anniversary of his often overlooked debut effort, we’ve decided to share the five best tracks from his eponymous album. Check out Usher’s early confessions when he was just only 14 years old.
'Usher's debut single 'Can U Get Wit It' was a decent hit in it's own right, but the follow-up single, 'Think Of You,' would prove to be the album's most memorable hit. Centered around a lady the young crooner is pursuing with trepidation, the track was a mainstay on urban radio in 1994. The song would serve as the foundation for the the singer's eventual house of hits.
'Crazy' sees Usher showing special attention to his teenaged love. Innocent enough for younger ears, albeit with a mature undertone, instead of coming off as Disney-esque, the track straddles the thin line between bubbblegum and racy lyrics.
The album's intensity picks up with the ballad 'Slow Love,' which is produced by Al B. Sure! Urging the ladies to "come and get some of this slow love" and whispering sweet come-hither lines on top of the thumping production.
The Dave "Jam" Hall-produced 'The Many Ways' continues the mid-album hot streak. The song, written by Al. B Sure!, is slightly reminiscent of the crooner's 1988 hit 'Nite And Day,' but strays from being a complete jacking of the classic. While only peaking at the No. 48 spot on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, the song remains a fan favorite from the album.
Usher shows off his balladeering skills with the hot and heavy number 'Love Was Here.' Co-produced and co-written by Al. B. Sure! and Kiyamma Griffin, the track is one of the more mature offerings from the LP and is an early indication of young Usher's future knack for bedroom-ready slow jams.

After announcing ‘The Pink Print’ earlier this year, Nicki Minaj had many wondering if she was going to follow Beyonce with the non-traditional surprise release. It turns out the answer is no.
Barring some unexpected curveball, The Young Money rhymer is getting ready to release her highly anticipated album on Nov. 28, according to Billboard.
Minaj certainly has the momentum going for her with ‘Anaconda‘s’ success. The song’s video broke the record of most views in a 24-hour period ever on VEVO. The single currently sits at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, beating ‘Super Bass’ for her highest charting single.
‘The Pink Print’s November release puts her in competition with Eminem’s ‘Shady XV‘ project. This isn’t the first time Minaj released a project against high-caliber competition. Her debut LP, ‘Pink Friday,’ also dropped in November. Although it was a commercial success, it was ultimately overshadowed by Kanye West’s fifth album, ‘My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.’
Regardless of circumstance, ‘The Pink Print’ is going to be one of the most talked about releases of the year when it drops.
