Drake Is a Paper Doll You Can Play With
It’s that stylistic time of year again in Toronto, Canada: the season where world-class designers and music lovers come together to celebrate years of innovate clothing trends and the best music has to offer from classical sounds to notable hip-hop beats for Toronto Fashion Week. To help the most populous city in Canada observe a week dedicated to 100 years of fashion, CBC Radio, Canada’s go-to digital music service, decided to join the band wagon and have a little celebration of their own. The star of the show is Canada’s favorite rapper, Drake.
Finding a creative way to merge music with the fashion world, CBC started a paper doll series, which gives fans the ability to play dress up with their favorite musicians. While it’s no secret the Young Money MC isn’t a rising style icon, his scruffy, mismatched, just-rolled-out-of-the-bed look filled with signature Cosby sweaters, bubble coats and all-white ensembles is a fashion statement all its own.
To give fans a chance to play around with their favorite Drizzy looks, CBC Music has created an easy-to-print Drake paper doll accompanied by Coogi-style sweaters, varsity jackets and an unforgettable Raptors get up.
Ready to get your 50 shades of Aubrey Graham on? Print out your own Drake paper doll here, and a take a look at his fits below.

Nike SB 'Warmth' Pack
Brands continue to ride the weather wave and pump out products that were made to tackle the cooler climate that we’re facing and while we aren’t complaining there is definitely some quantity over quality at play here. Nike SB however does it right yet again with their cozy new ‘Warmth’ Pack.
The drop consists of three models including a Nike SB Dunk Low, Nike SB Dunk High and Nike SB Koston One; each one features an upper with elements of wool, fleece or suede. That’s not to say each silhouette doesn’t retain their own personality but it is to say that the drop is unified with an individual feel for each shoe.
The set is available now at Premier and while they aren’t exclusive to the retailer it’s probably a lot easier to get em shipped to you than to run around town searching for them.

Logic Talks His New Album, Def Jam and Turning Down Nas
After being inducted into the 2013 XXL Freshman class, rapper Logic is ready to shine with his long-awaited Def Jam debut album ‘Under Pressure.’ Unlike the title, the Maryland native is not feeling any pressure of being an artist on a major label.
In an interview with the Village Voice, Logic credits Visionary Music Group for bringing the opportunities his way. Although Def Jam is backing his project, the hard work and dedication belongs to his independent label.
“Quote me: ‘Def Jam has not done s— for my career except give me money,’” he states. “That’s awesome. They gave me the money I needed to go out and create what you see. They’re a bank. That’s what they’re good for.”
“But Visionary Music Group is the reason me and you are talking,” he continues. “They’re the reason I’m successful. I’d be nothing without Chris, my manager and founder of Visionary Music Group.”
Logic also revealed that at one time, Nas wanted to sign him to his label, but, incredulously, he turned him down.
“He’s the man. He was such a good dude,” he recalls. “For me, I never wanted to live in his shadow, and in my mind, I had all these other deals, Def Jam included, and I could sign under him and forever try to fill his shoes or I could try to be his labelmate. I chose the latter, respectfully.”
When asked why should people care about Logic, the 24-year-old rapper gave an answer that was quite logical.
“I think people should like me because I’m my f—ing self,” he said. “I know that might sound weird. I don’t try to be anything that I’m not. Miles Davis said, ‘You play for a long time before you learn how to play like yourself.’ I feel like the mixtapes were never cohesive — I was getting there, and it was sounding good, but the album is a body of work.”
“It’s a little cliché, like, overcoming and making it out, but it really is that. It’s legit,” he added. “It’s more heartfelt than “MC Killer Murder Dog” talking about making it out of the ‘hood, or whatever the case may be.”
Logic’s new album, ‘Under Pressure,’ is in stores now.

Nikki Jean Enlists Ab-Soul for New Song 'Champagne Water'
The last time we’ve heard from Nikki Jean she delivered a wonderful holiday present with her ‘Christmas’ EP. The pianist-singer blesses us again with a new song called ‘Champagne Waters’ featuring TDE member Ab-Soul.
On the song, which she co-produced with Double-O, Jean sings carefree lyrics about people going through tough life lessons but are holding on to their spiritual convictions.
“My best friend from high school, she went to a rave / She then score some E and then she got real brave / Then she got knocked up by white boy with long hair / Ask her who the daddy is she said, ‘I swear it’s Jesus Christ,’” she sings.
Ab-Soul comes through with an inspiring verse dedicated to “all my n—-s with Jesus pieces that need a piece of Jesus.”
“Amen, my drink pink like an Easter dress / That Jesus juice, still seeking the truth like an Easter egg / Reap what you sow / Am I demon? / For biting what’s been forbidden like Eve in Eden?” he questions over a trap-inspired beat.
The song will appear on Nikki Jean’s upcoming ‘Champagne Water’ EP, which boasts production assists from Jake One (De La Soul), Double-O (Kidz In The Hall), Peter Cottontale and Donnie Trumpet & Nate Fox of Social Experiment. The collection is due out in November.

Travis Scott Travels Through a Trippy Universe in Low Pros' '100 Bottles' Video
Watching the video for Low Pros’ ’100 Bottles’ is like being attacked by a bunch of neon lights, but that doesn’t mean it’s not enjoyable.
For those not in the know, Low Pros is a group comprised of A-Track and Lex Luger, who recruited Travis Scott for this particular track. The clip shows the rapper walking in a surreal world, made up of brightly lit buildings — illuminated in colors of blue and purple — and utter chaos happening all around him. Scott also appears as some sort of mechanical human.
At one point in the Nate Brown and Gustavo Torres-directed video, the ‘Don’t Play’ artist arrives at a nightclub where he has to touch some strange screen to be let in. From there, he vibes to the music, watches the clubgoers and takes a swig from a mysterious bottle.
The visual is a slick combination of animation, actual footage of Travis Scott traveling around and a bunch of digital trickery, which will force your eyes to pay attention. In fact, there’s so much going on simultaneously you may walk away from the video feeling a bit spent.
There’s no doubt that Low Pros wanted to overstimulate the senses with this visual.
Club Monaco x Saucony Courageous Sneakers
It takes a brave soul to be different and while rocking a brand that most don’t flock to isn’t the watermark of courage it does say something about the wearer. With that in mind it appears that Club Monaco is out to peg Saucony fans as flat out courageous via their latest luxury drop.
The Saucony Jazz Low Pro is the model chosen for this collaboration and it is kept clean courtesy of tan pigskin suede upper in two hushed tones of tan. The speckled outsole is a nice touch as well and it shows an attention to detail that pushes the envelope of quality even further.
If you need to beef up your wimpy wardrobe roll over to Club Monaco now and grab a pair of these right now for the cool cost of $129.

Kanye West's Love for Kim Kardashian Is Stronger Than Words
Kanye West is extremely passionate when it comes to all things Kim Kardashian.
Remember the rant he went on about his wife earlier this year (“Y’all acting like this ain’t the most beautiful woman off all-time. Arguably of human existence. The top 10″) when speaking to radio personality Angie Martinez? He loves his lady. Take a look at the video for ‘Bound 2′ if you need a reminder. In the spirit of embracing modern technology, Yeezus has professed his love for his wife on Twitter.
On Tuesday (Oct. 21), West took to the social networking site to wish his wife a happy birthday. Kardashian turned 34.
As sweet as this is, the rapper is no stranger to publicly declaring his love for Kardashian, especially on her birthday. To make her 33rd birthday even more special, he proposed with a 15-carat diamond ring. West also called North’s mom his “ideal art” in a 20-minute wedding speech he shared during their nuptials in Italy.
Let’s also not forget the many times he’s treated her to one-of-a-kind things, defended her from all the naysayers and saved Kim from the paparazzi.
We’re looking forward to seeing what Kanye’s next romantic move will be.

Nike Air Trainer 91 – White / Grey – Black
Be it sneakers or sports, Bo Jackson has had some hits. The Nike Air Trainer 91 being one of said hits and while this time around it may not be cast in a wild colorway it is just as attention grabbing as if it had been.
White, grey and black aren’t compelling colors at all however with a blend of leather, nubuck and suede that drastically changes. This shoe is blocked in a pretty interesting way as well with a slight gradient feel to the way the build darkens from outsole to ankle.
These are available now at select Nike retailers including Rock City Kicks who has a pair in your size and would love to ship them to you and at $110 a pair they won’t even kill your wallet.

Chance the Rapper's New Album 'Surf' Will Drop by the End of 2014
Chance the Rapper has been on a more experimental bent recently with his band The Social Experiment. After dropping a cover of the ‘Arthur‘ theme song and playing the curmudgeon on ‘No Better Blues,’ he’s getting ready to release a new album, ‘Surf,’ as early as the end of the year.
According to his interview with Billboard, Chance will release the LP for free. ‘Surf’ will be his first project since last year’s critically acclaimed ‘Acid Rap.’ The new album’s existence isn’t the only surprise; he’s also worked with the likes of Frank Ocean, Migos, J. Cole and Migos. Although none are confirmed to be on the album, it’s a stretch of the imagination to wonder what a Migos and Chance collaboration would sound like.
“There’s been a lot of just people in the studio watching us work almost like a house band,” Chance reveals. “People come in just to watch us jam out.”
The 21-year-old Chicago native is known for the unpredictability with his music — who ever saw that ‘Arthur’ theme song remake coming. The Social Experiment definitely brings those traits further to the forefront, so ‘Surf’ is obviously an anticipated listen.
