Migos Heat Up the Internet With 'Rich N—- Timeline' Mixtape
Migos, a.k.a. this generation’s Beatles, have blessed the Internet with another monument of Atlanta’s dominance. Their debut album is nowhere in sight, but the ‘Rich N—a Timeline’ mixtape is likely more-than-enough to keep the fans satisfied.
The new project features 18 tracks of Migos doing more of the same: rapid-fire percussive flows; earworm beats courtesy of Zaytoven, TM88 and others; and a punchline-riddled dedication for excess. This formula worked on ‘No Label 2′ and it hasn’t gotten tired. There’s a reason those facetious Beatles comparisons are a Twitter constant.
Even though Migos haven’t made their ‘Hey Jude’ yet (although the mixtape-opening ‘Cross the Country’ has a similar time length), they still remain entertaining with their mile-a-minute flow. ‘Rich N—-a Timeline”s title track and ‘Move’ are prime examples.

LL Cool J Taps Troy Ave for 'You Already'
Don’t call it comeback. LL Cool J returns with a brand new song called ‘You Already’ featuring the self-proclaimed Powder King Troy Ave.
On the club banger, the veteran rhyme-spitter declares himself the “new king of New York” (even though he lives in Los Angeles now) and scoffs at the haters in the club.
“LL you look good for your age / I look good for any age I’m paid / Look at the table, rose all day / See me in the V.I.P. just wave,” he raps.
Troy Ave recites LL’s 1996 classic ‘Doin’ It’ on the hook, but also spits a braggadocios verse as well.
“Brick boy, Big Troy / New Benz, big toy / Playing with these h-’s and some change / Off the ahoy,” he rhymes, adding, “Wish a n—- well / I wish a n—- would / I’ll push him straight to hell.”
The only gripe we have with this song is the “You Already” hook, which is a little suspect. Granted, it’s a well-known street term but it sounds a little awkward on here and it’s not catchy.
No word if ‘You Already’ is going to appear on LL Cool J’s upcoming album, ‘G.O.A.T. 2.’ The collection boasts the previously-released ‘I’m Nice‘ featuring Raekwon, as well as Murda Mook and Ron Browz.

T-Pain and Lil Wayne Join Forces for 'Let Me Through'
Producer-singer T-Pain reunites with Lil Wayne on his new single ‘Let Me Through,’ which he premiered on ‘Sway in the Morning’ earlier this week. The last time the two were on a song together was in 2009, for the Grammy-nominated single, ‘Got Money.’
On the track, the dynamic duo, who also call themselves T-Wayne, trade bars with each other over echoic trap music-inspired production.
T-Pain describes the song as racing music for his Bugatti. He spits, “Now I’m just sitting here at this red light with my emergency brake on / The wheels spinnin’, whip looking like it got new skates on / I’m talking 9.8 seconds boy, this ain’t gonna take long / Then I hop out at the finish line like, “is this what you waitin’ on?”
Meanwhile, Weezy, who also owns a Bugatti, spits racing metaphors and proudly states he’s “Cash Money’s mascot.”
“Got pedals I’ve never stepped on / Buttons I’ve never pressed on / Back seats I’ve never effed on / Police, they’ll get the F bomb,” he spits, adding, “Tunechi, fast and furious, I like my bitch fast and flirtatious.”
T-Pain released his new album, ‘Happy Hour: The Greatest Hits,’ this week, which features 13 of his chart-topping tracks. Last week, the rappa-ternt-sanga shocked the world with his incredible performance on NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert.

Nicki Minaj Flaunts Her Figure on V Magazine Cover
Nicki Minaj is a cover star once again. After appearing on the front of L’Uomo Vogue and being featured in GQ, the rapper graces the cover of V Magazine’s winter issue.
Dressed in a form-fitting red dress, Nicki’s confident yet sultry look is complete with Carolina Amato gloves, Jimmy Choo pumps and a beret by The Way We Wore. Aside from the cover, she also has a three-page fashion spread shot by famed photographer Mario Testino. She not only showcases her “don’t mess with me” looks but also a more playful animalistic side with a dress from Balmain’s latest spring collection, Agnelle gloves, a Eugenia Kim hat with ears and Manolo Blahnik animal print booties.
This isn’t the first time ‘The Pinkprint’ creator has been featured on the cover of V Magazine. In 2011, she rocked a colorful wardrobe and tribal makeup for the publication’s spring issue.
