Nike Air Flight Lite High 'Hyper Jade'
‘Hyper Jade” has been spicing up quite a few Nike silhouettes as of late but this time the color finds it’s way onto a model that hasn’t been seen in a while. The latest look to be re-invigorated with the hue is the Nike Air Flight Lite High.
Atop a black nubuck backdrop the blast from the past gets blasted with hyper jade on the heel, Swoosh, lining and lace plate. To further heighten the experience a hyper tone of red hits of outsole as well as the stitching on the toe only to be cooled off by an iced out panel in the middle.
These will be settling in at retailers sometime in October and while there is no official release information its safe to say that these are fully official.

Jay Electronica Gets Spiritual on Common's 'Kingdom' Remix with Vince Staples
After debuting the song at the 2014 BET Hip-Hop Awards in Atlanta last Saturday (Sept. 20), rapper Common releases the remix to ‘Kingdom,’ which features Vince Staples and Jay Electronica.
The only difference from the original version is the new verse from Jay Elect, which is tacked on at the end of the song. On his part, the Roc Nation rhymer weaves Islamic chants and biblical lines together and could possibly be throwing a small jab at Drake in the process.
“Rappers I gave birth to shot at the God, blasphemy / Told these motherf—ers to never Jimmy DeGrassi me / This goes out to those that choose to use / Disrespectful views on the original Jews / The chosen people of God getting slandered and abused in the streets and the news,” he raps.
At the BET Hip-Hop Awards, the rap trifecta brought out the parents of Mike Brown, the young teen who was shot and killed by a white police officer in Ferguson, Mo. They stood together in unison onstage and held a moment of silence in remembrance of Brown by raising their hands in the air.

Keyshia Cole Leaves Without Regret on 'Remember (Part 2)'
Keyshia Cole hasn’t been shy in revealing the fact that her upcoming album, ‘Point of No Return,’ highlights the drama revolving around her breakup with ex-husband, Daniel Gibson. Her new song, ‘Remember (Part 2),’ cranks those feelings up a notch.
Set on a piano-driven melody, Keyshia begins the ballad by questioning whether her man is really the one for her because the relationship just “doesn’t seem right.”
“All the things you said / I got to get you out my head / ‘Cause you’re trying to make me believe / That you’re the only one for me / But something don’t seem right though / Because we argue all the time and we fuss and fight,” she delivers in the first verse.
As a sequel to 2007′s ‘I Remember,’ the song then builds into a crescendo where Keyshia is joined by a choir singing, “Everything that you told me / Everything you said we’d be / Don’t you remember / Don’t you remember.”
Unlike some ballads that solely rest on one feeling, ‘Remember (Part 2)’ starts in one place and ends in another. The songstress goes through the emotional highs and lows and ends the track by leaving without regret.
“I don’t know if I even miss you / Don’t want to kiss you / How can you love somebody and everything just changes? / I just can’t take no more, it’s not meant to be / Just not meant to be,” Keyshia sings.
With all of the emotion packed into ‘Remember (Part 2),’ this is a fitting closing song for her album. Check out the tracklist here.

Estelle Celebrates '90′s Dance Music With 'Something Good'
Estelle let it be known how she wanted things done in the bedroom on her song ‘Make Her Say (Beat It Up)’ while she lifted us up on her power ballad ‘Conqueror.’ Now the U.K.-bred singer wants people to get up on their feet with ‘Something Good.’
However, instead of following the popularity of today’s dance music, Estelle takes it back a couple of decades and brings us to the ’90s. From the steady mid-tempo beat to the piano-driven melody, ‘Something Good’ follows the same vein as 1991′s ‘Gypsy Woman’ by Crystal Waters and 1996′s ‘Don’t Stop Movin’ by Livin’ Joy. And unlike today’s tracks that last for only three-and-a-half minutes, this one is well over six — long enough to break a sweat.
Despite the throwback sound, the lyrics are something that’s a bit more timeless. Whatever was getting her down in the past, Estelle sings about picking herself back up and moving on to a better place.
“I was hurt for so long / Doesn’t matter who was right / Doesn’t matter who was wrong / All that matters is I’m back where I belong,” she sings in the first verse.
‘Something Good’ is the latest single off of ‘True Romance,’ which debuts Nov. 4.

Bobby Shmurda‘s shmoney dance has moved from rap circles into the sports world. Recently, Denver Broncos’ linebacker Von Miller was spotted doing the bob-and-weave move at the end zone after scoring a touchdown. Now golfers are getting in on the action.
During a post-victory interview, the 2014 U.S. Junior Ryder Cup team was asked to do their winning dance move and, let’s just say, they should stick to golfing.
In the video above, it appears that the golfers were a little embarrassed to do the shmoney dance on national TV as they awkwardly move their bodies. That’s not the version we know.

OutKast's #ATLast Homecoming Show All-Star Lineup Revealed
When it was announced in June that OutKast would be bringing their reunion tour to Atlanta for three nights, tickets were sold out within 24 hours and for good reason. Rappers Andre 3000 and Big Boi are performing in their hometown — the place that has been supporting them for over two decades.
‘Kast’s #ATLast homecoming concert will take place on Sept. 26-28 at Centennial Olympic Park and the lineup features some of music’s biggest superstars.
Each night’s show will boast different opening acts. On Friday (Sept. 26), Janelle Monae, 2 Chainz and Solange will hit the stage, along with Bun B as part of ‘Kast’s set. On Saturday (Sept. 27), rappers Childish Gambino, Kid Cudi and R&B newcomer Raury will rock the mic. Finally, on Sunday (Sept. 28), the festivities close with a southern rap extravaganza. Rappers B.o.B., K Camp, Killer Mike, 8Ball & MJG, Devin the Dude, Bun B, Big Gipp, Kilo and DJ Unk are all set to perform on that night.
With all of these performers and OutKast on the same bill, this is certainly going to be one of the biggest music events Atlanta has seen in quite a while. Get ready to turn up ATL!

Dom Kennedy Featured in Nike's New Richard Sherman Commercial
It may be brief, but Dom Kennedy landed himself an invaluable spot in a prominent ad campaign. Nike’s latest commercial, which stars Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman, features Kennedy performing a fictional song called ‘The Best (Here He Comes’ about the star defensive back.
The ‘Never Finished’ commercial spoofs Sherman’s reputation as an arrogant player and the overzealous reactions of the media to his assertion he’s “the best” in an interview. Sherman can’t escape the noise as the situation escalates, including a movie and action figure being created from his quote.
Kennedy plays the role of a rapper capitalizing on the hype as he dons Sherman’s gear for a music video, complete with backup dancers and a tank straight out of a Master P’s dreams. It’s a major coup for Kennedy to appear in such a high profile campaign for Nike, especially in the midst of football season where this ad is sure to run constantly every Sunday.
There’s no sign that ‘The Best’ is an actual song Kennedy recorded, but it might be a savvy move for the Los Angeles rapper to turn it into one.

Just when we thought the breakup rumors in hip-hop were over, Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa are calling it quits.
After 14 months of marriage, Amber Rose filed for divorce from the ‘We Dem Boyz’ rapper on Monday (Sept. 22), citing “irreconcilable differences,” TMZ reports.
But that’s not all. Amber is seeking full custody of their 1-year-old son, Sebastian. She will only allow Wiz visitation rights.
One thing that is interesting about this case is the prenup, which Amber reportedly won’t fight as it also includes spousal support. In other words, Wiz doesn’t necessarily get to keep everything in this divorce.
What set off the breakup? Could it be the rumors regarding Amber and Nick Cannon? According to reports, the two have been getting close since Nick signed Amber to his management company. However, neither party has confirmed or denied the claims of infidelity.
TMZ also has posted a video of Amber walking around without her wedding band yesterday.

50 Cent Writes Eulogy for Late Grandmother [PHOTO]
Rapper 50 Cent has eulogized his beloved grandmother, Beulah Jackson, who passed away last week. On Tuesday (Sept. 23), the G-Unit leader chose Instagram as the platform to honor the woman who raised him since he was a child.
Fif posted a photo collage of Ms. Jackson with two doves in mid-flight. “My angel (Beulah Jackson) God has blessed me with letting her see me win. She was proud of me, now how i see my self is all that matters,” he wrote in the caption.
Last week, 50 Cent’s young cousin, Continental Five, announced the passing of the beloved matriarch on his Instagram page. He wrote, “Will never forget you momma, I miss you already R.I.P my momma.”
50′s grandmother was his parental guardian after his mother died and inspired him to pursue music. “I knew if he couldn’t have his music, there was no use to him living,” she told PEOPLE in 2005. She also witnessed the rapper getting shot nine times outside of her home.
In addition to 50 Cent’s touching memorial, the mother of his son, Daphne Joy, also posted a tribute to Ms. Jackson. The model, who shares custody of Fif’s son Sire, went on Instagram and wrote a tender eulogy. It reads:
Rest in Heaven to this Beautiful angel, Mrs Jackson. I’ll never forget the kindness you showed me, how you lit up when your grand kids or your children came to visit you. Your house was filled with warmth and love that only a woman of your caliber could exude. If there was ever an angel that existed on earth, it was her. Me and @sjprince_ will miss you so much….just know we are raising this little man to be the best he could ever be. We love you forever. Rest in Peace.”

Back in the early 2000s, Cam’ron made it cool for men to rock pink and now the fuchsia colorway is making a comeback of sorts. Timberland is coming out with a pink boot that might be a tough sell for most guys, but it’s for a worthy cause.
The heritage footwear brand has partnered with the Susan G. Komen Foundation to release a limited-edition 6-inch hot pink boot in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October.
The boots are flushed entirely in pink with metal lacelets donning the ribbon insignia and Susan G. Komen branding on the tongue. Inside, the footbed has various encouraging words written on it like courage, hero, hope, family, love and fearless.
The Timberland boots will come in men’s sizes as well as women’s and kids, so the whole family can support a noteworthy cause. Five dollars from the sale of the shoes will benefit the Susan G. Komen Foundation. In addition, Timberland has guaranteed a minimum donation of $25,000 to the foundation.
The boots will be available on Sept. 27 for $180 at all Villa, David Z and Jimmy Jazz locations.
This is a great way to be altruistic and fashionable at the same time.

Will Waka Flocka Flame and His Wife Star in VH1 Reality Show?
If you didn’t get enough of Waka Flocka Flame and his wife Tammy Rivera on ‘Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta’ this season, there’s a chance you’ll witness them shine on TV once more in their own real reality show.
The hip-hop love birds will apparently have cameras following their every move for a spin-off show on VH1. News spread after Rivera posted a caricature of herself and Waka on Instagram.
“Super cute! #MeetTheFlockas,” she wrote as the caption.
The image, which finds Waka holding his new bride in his arms, is decorated with the words “Coming soon to VH1…”
Will the world witness how the ‘Flockaveli’ creator and his fashion-forward wife navigate life as a married couple? There’s no confirmation yet, but from what we did see of their time on ‘Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta’ (remember when they got married and didn’t tell their parents?), a reality show focused solely on their antics will be highly entertaining.
