50 Cent Responds To Young Buck Reunion Invite (@50Cent)

50 Cent still believes that his former G-Unit members aren't ready for a reunion.

In a freestyle over Nicki Minaj's "Yass Bish" Buck raps about his interest in a G-Unit reunion with 50 Cent.

"I thought you was ruined/What the f*** have you been doing?/Somebody go tell 50 go get Buck we need a reunion," he raps on the track. 50 says he enjoyed the success the group endured but he believes that the group has ran its course.

"I heard it [the remix]. We had a lot of good times together," he said. " All of us [did]. You can say I enabled them a little bit because there was so much momentum at that point. It was like, I'm selling 13 million records and then 10 million records, the album after. It [the momentum] immediately makes them do three million records. It's just money all over the place from the performances, the shows and everything else that's going on."

He also says he tried helping out Buck in the past but it didn't go well.

"When we actually had that conversation, it's because I had already over-extended myself giving him [Young Buck] a quarter-million dollars. It's about $250M and he's calling me about the taxes at that point. I'm like, this is not going to end, it's just getting worse and worse."

Black Sheep x Nike SB Dunk High 'Gucci'

Sneaker Bar Detroit

The Black Sheep x Nike SB Dunk High “Gucci” sneaker co-opts the Gucci fabric that’s been part of hip-hop culture since Dapper Dan’s assault on the fashion industry.

The sneaker giant remodeled the print and the interlocking G’s are now replaced with SB, which could stand for Nike SB or Black Sheep’s initials. The sneaker gets black suede along it’s heel, toe and laceplate as and hits of green on the lining while a red and gold flecked outsole rounds things out.

These kicks are indeed major and scheduled for release on June 21. Nikestore will have them, which means your chances of scoring a pair of the saucy skaters is better than usual. Just make sure you have a $105 in hand.

DrakeDavid Becker, Getty Images

While everyone was watching Hot 97′s 2014 Summer Jam, Drake literally drops a new summer jam called ’0 to 100.’

Snippets of the track has been floating around the Internet for awhile but Drizzy was kind enough to bless us with this head-nodding banger on Sunday (June 1).

Produced by Boi-1da and Noah “40″ Shebib, with additional drumming by Paul Jefferies (aka Nineteen85), Drake goes off in tangents about groupies, haters and his early grind in the rap game.

“Man it’s 2008, I’m trying paint the picture / Comeback Season in the works and now I’m thinking bigger / I got 40 in the studio, every night, late night / Gotta watch that s—, don’t want to make him sicker / That’s my n—-,” he raps.

On the latter half of the song, Drake promises new music from himself and the rest of the OVO crew in Spring 2015.

“We already got Spring 2015 poppin’, PND droppin’, Reps Up P droppin’, Majid Jordan droppin’, OB droppin’, not to mention me droppin’,” the Toronto rhymer says over ethereal productions.

If you think Drake is resting on his rap laurels…think again.

Chance The Rapper Throws First Pitch at Chicago White Sox Game [VIDEO]

Chance the Rapper did something that 50 Cent failed to do last week. On Friday (May 30), the Chicago rhymer threw out the first pitch at the Chicago White Sox game and it went waay better that 50′s attempt on the mound.

Chance, dressed in a White Sox baseball jersey, threw the ball perfectly in the catcher’s mitt just like how the pros do it. Afterward, the ‘Acid Rap’ artist celebrated with a strong fist pump in the air.

Thankfully, Chance didn’t go out like Fif whose erratic throw to home plate made him fodder for jokes on Twitter. There’s been speculation that he purposely threw it like that for publicity’s sake.

“Oh no, no. It slipped, it slipped out of my hand,” he told ‘Good Morning America.’

Meanwhile, Chance is having the best week ever. The ‘Everybody’s Something’ rapper performed a fantastic cover of the cartoon theme song for ‘Arthur’ at the 2014 Sasquatch! Music Festival. The video itself went viral and most likely helped him gain more fans.

Overall, Chance the Rapper is hitting home runs in the game of life.

Justin Bieber Caught Using the N-Word, Twitter Reacts [VIDEO]

Pop superstar Justin Bieber is in hot water over a racist joke he made when he was 15 years old. In an old video that was leaked by TMZ, the ‘Looking For You’ singer is sitting with his friends when he begins his crude joke.

“Why are black people afraid of chainsaws?” he asks. “Don’t even say it,” someone warns.

He responds with the punchline, while making chainsaw sounds, “Run, n—–, n—–, n—–.”

The U.K. tabloid The Sun also posted the video claiming that Bieber tried to buy the clip for a “huge sum of money.” Apparently, the video was recorded during the making of his 2011 concert documentary, ‘Never Say Never,’ but was cut out for obvious reasons.

Meanwhile, TMZ claims to have obtained the video four years ago, but decided not to post it because he was 15 years old at the time.

Bieber is reportedly “frustrated and sad” about the video and will publicly address it soon (read: My crisis manager is on the case).

Bieber’s manager, Scooter Braun, nor his mentor, Usher, has issued a statement about the footage.

Of course, reactions have been mixed on Twitter with fans of Biebs defending him, while others are demanding that he gets shipped back to Canada — permanently.

What do you think of the brouhaha surrounding Justin Bieber’s racist joke? Tell us in the comments below.

The Chicago hip-hop community has lost another artist to senseless violence. Rapper OTF NuNu, who is Lil Durk‘s cousin, was shot and killed in the parking lot of the city’s Chatham Village Square Mall on Saturday (May 31).

According to the Chicago Sun-Times, NuNu (real name McArthur Swindle), was sitting in his SUV at 3:20PM when someone walked up on the vehicle and opened fire. NuNu tried to escape, but after sustaining multiple gunshot wounds, he crashed the car into a store.

NuNu’s aunt, Sherri Swindle, wants the violence to end in Chicago. “It needs to stop,” she said. “He was a good person. He was a kindhearted person. He had a lot of soul.”

A New Dawn: Twitter Goes In on Dawn Richard's "New Face"

Danity Kane's Dawn Richard recently shared a new selfie looking just a little different than she did in her MTV "Making The Band" days. Comparing photos, her nose is clearly more slender and she may or may not have had other work done.

While surgery is a personal decision every individual has the right to make, when one is in the public eye, there tends to be backlash, and this time is no different. Many tweeters had nothing but positive things to say, feeling there's nothing wrong with a little "self improvement." Others felt the difference is so blatant that Richard could not have expected the world to not notice and comment.

Take a look at Twitter's reaction to Richard's "new face" above.
