ILOVEMAKONNEN Releases Teaser for 'Tuesday (Remix)' Video
ILOVEMAKONNEN was thrust into the spotlight when Drake remixed his ubiquitous club anthem ‘Club Goin’ Up (Tuesday).’ Now that Drizzy signed him to his OVO Sound label, a proper video has been shot for the remixed song.
A trailer for the ‘Tuesday’ remix video has surfaced online and it looks rather interesting. From the 15-second Instagram clip we can only gather that it will feature the rapper-crooner’s infamous mannequin head (he once attended cosmetology school) and women wearing opera masks. Why? We don’t know. We also see him partying it up with Drake and fellow OVO Sound labelmates OB O’Brien and Majid Jordan.
ILOVEMAKONNEN will officially premiere the ‘Tuesday’ remix video ironically on Tuesday (Oct. 21) on BET’s ’106 & Park.’

Kendrick Lamar's 'i' to Serve as Soundtrack for 2014-2015 NBA Season
Drake isn’t the only rapper with a penchant for the basketball court. Kendrick Lamar will get some face time during the 2014-2015 NBA season as a result of his new song ‘i’ serving as the soundtrack for ads promoting the league’s tops stars.
The 30-second video features clips of the best plays by the lauded basketball players including LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, Kobe Bryant, Stephen Curry, James Harden, Dirk Nowitzki and Tim Duncan. Meanwhile, Kendrick is filmed casually performing the song.
Shot by Turner Sports, the TV spot debuted on TNT on Fri., Oct. 17, and will also play on NBA TV and NBA.com.
Kendrick will also perform the song for a TNT Opening Week Concert to celebrate LeBron James’ return to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Oct. 30.
Presented by Samsung Galaxy Note 4, the show will take place outside the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, and parts of the performance will be televised on TNT before the start of the game.

Concepts is always on deck with, well, a fresh concept for their collaboration. This time they’ve taken the show to the adidas Originals and given it an iconic shoe an incredibly interesting release.
The adidas Originals Stan Smith is given an engineered mesh upper with a snakeskin pattern to only enhance the woven feel of the mesh. The synthetically scaled release is decked out in black and white with purple and green accents and the result is a fantastically modernized take on a classic kick.
These are set to release to the retailer on Oct. 25 and while they are a bit impractical with the weather they are certainly worth copping and icing if you must.

Puma Launches 'Throwbacks' Collection
Puma is taking it back to the old school days of hip-hop. The heritage brand has dug into their archives for their just-released “Throwbacks” collection that should appeal to the b-boy in you.
The capsule features clothing inspired by the golden days of hip-hop when b-boys and b-girls adopted Puma as their style of choice.
Some of the pieces include oversized a bucket hat, hoodies, jackets, T-shirts, sweatpants and crewnecks all branded with the Puma name and the “form strike-through” logo. The collection also offers two new colorways of the Trinomic XT1 + sneakers.
But lets keep it real, if you really want to keep it old school, we recommend that you cop some Puma suede kicks and really get your b-boy on.

Big Sean seems to be in overdrive these days.
Not only did he release a slew of new material last month and confirmed that he has an Eminem collaboration in the vault just a few weeks ago, now he’s preparing to release the video for ‘I Don’t F— With You,’ a song rumored to be about his ex-flame Naya Rivera.
MTV released a clip of the Detroit MC on the set of the video shoot, which shows him dressed in full-on football gear. He plays a star quarterback trying to will his team to victory. His mentor Kanye West also makes a cameo, playing the team’s coach.
As far as the song, which the rapper dropped last month, he says it has an extra special sound because a few high-level producers collaborated on it. “I feel like this song is an anthem,” he said.
“I was in the studio with [DJ] Mustard… We recorded it so long ago that it had time to get worked on and you know, Ye came in and did his part, Key Wane came in and added what he added, DJ Dahi added what he added. I’m lucky man because all the producers on the song, it’s like hard for some people to get one beat from them. I got one beat with all of them on it.”
Based on the clip, E-40, who’s also on the song, will appear in the video too. Sean says he’s fortunate to get the chance to work with one of the game’s real OGs.
In addition, the G.O.O.D. Music member speaks on how the relatable subject matter of ‘I Don’t F– With You.’ “Everybody got people they don’t mess with,” he states. “Soon as it came out, tons of people were relating to it.”

Drake Shoots Air Ball While Warming Up With Kentucky Wildcats Basketball Team [VIDEO]
Drake can rhyme, sing and act, but apparently he doesn’t have an outside shot. Proof of that comes from a video highlighting the rapper warming up with the Kentucky Wildcats basketball team on Friday night (Oct. 17).
When it was the rapper’s turn to shoot, he decided to take a 3-pointer instead of a layup, which he probably regrets now since he didn’t even come close to the basket and shot an air ball.
The ‘Nothing Was the Same’ creator quickly put his hand out, indicating that he wanted another attempt, and his second shot was inside the 3-point line. The video doesn’t show if he made the basket or not.
But by the looks of it, it’s apparent the 27-year-old MC is a decent basketball player because he did have pretty decent form and coordination.
The damage is done, however, at least on the Internet, because the footage of his air ball has gone completely viral and will likely cost Drake a few days of relentless teasing in the forms of memes.
Besides joining the warm-up line, the Toronto native also introduced Kentucky’s coach John Calipari on Friday night, and even took a bunch of photos with team members.

Too $hort Transforms Into a Hilarious Dog in '19,999′ Video
Back in July, Too $hort released ’19,999,’ a song that finds the rapper bragging about sleeping with nearly as many women as former basketball great Wilt Chamberlain, who’s claimed to have bedded 20,000 women in his lifetime.
Now the Bay Area legend releases the hilarious animated visuals, which is the perfect accompaniment to $hort’s raunchy but playful lyrics. The rapper is played by a cartoon dog surrounded by canines of the female persuasion, which fits right in line with the many, many times he uses the word bitch throughout the song.
There’s also a shot of a scoreboard showing Chamberlain’s 20,000 score and $hort quickly closing in. Appropriately, a basketball theme is used throughout the visuals and there are a number of party scenes. $hort is living it up inside the animated world.
Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg and E-40 all get some shine as ‘toon dogs. Snoop and Cube serve as captains of a plane while Too $hort and E-40 hold it down in the back as passengers. There’s strippers, a whole lot of dirty dancing and wagging tongues. It’s clear they’re members of the Mile High Club.
Currently, the 48-year-old MC is in the studio preparing his next full-length album, set to arrive next year. The release will be a celebration of $hort’s 30-year career in the rap game.

Pitbull to Host 2014 American Music Awards
After successfully leading the festivities at the American Music Awards last year, Pitbull will return to the stage as host of the 2014 American Music Awards.
With 12.93 million people tuned in on Nov. 24, 2013, it only made sense to bring him back on board for this year’s awards show.
“Pitbull is a global superstar and multi-talented powerhouse, who delivered one of the most exciting shows in American Music Awards history when he hosted in 2013. This year will be no different,” American Music Awards producer Larry Klein told Billboard. “We’re working together to create elements of the show that will wow audiences and take the night to a whole new level.”
But Pitbull won’t just be hosting the show; he’ll also be performing a new song from his upcoming album, ‘Globalization,’ which releases on Nov. 24, which is the day after the awards show airs.
“World, who would have thought Pitbull hosting the AMAs two years in a row,” he said in a statement. “The harder I work, the luckier I get. Thank you ABC and dick clark productions for the amazing opportunity — more than anything let’s get ready to have fun. Dale!”
The 2014 American Music Awards will air live on Nov. 24 on ABC at 8PM EST.

Supreme 2014 Fall/ Winter Sunglass Frames Collection
Popular streetwear brand Supreme is gearing up to release its newest sunglasses collection for the fall/winter season.
The line boasts two new frames: the 1994 and the Alton. The former is handmade in Japan with CR39-tinted and Uv-coated lenses. The latter shades are designed in Italy with AR-coating on its lenses.
The two silhouettes will drop in a variety colors like white, burgundy, blue, black and tortoise shell color.
The sunglasses collection will hit Supreme stores in New York, Los Angeles and London on Oct. 23. The Japan stores will get them later on Oct. 25.
