Iggy Azalea Addresses 'Mo Money Mo Problems' Sample Backlash (@IGGYAZALEA @KeyshiaCole)

Iggy Azalea's latest track "I'm Coming Out," from the upcoming flick The Other Woman has fans critiquing the "Fancy" rapper.

Last month, Irv Gotti released a preview of the song featuring Keyshia Cole that samples "Mo Money, Mo Problems," by the Notorious B.I.G which stems from the Diana Ross classic, "I'm Coming Out." Iggy says that the plan was remake the Diana Ross song, but decided to go with another flow.

"I'm from a generation where I don't think 'I'm Coming Out' — I think 'Mo Money Mo Problems,'" she said. "So I thought, I need to get my Ma$e on, and I went with that vibe. Then I think when people heard it they said, 'She's doing the Biggie remake,' and I don't know if it was necessarily meant to be that. It's open to interpretation."

She also says that she was excited to work with Keyshia Cole and Irv Gotti on the track.

"First of all, I love Biggie forever and Tupac, and that's a sampled song," she said. "So don't be mad about something that's sampled already. And who wouldn't say yes to that? I didn't know what I was getting myself into, but if I did I would've said yes. Because any rapper that gets asked to do that is gonna do that."

T.I also chimed in saying, "You can't originate a sample."

The song will not be on her debut album The New Classic but it will be featured on the soundtrack to The Other Woman.

Beyonce Sued By Fans After Being Trampled at Chicago Concert

Beyonce’s Mrs. Carter World Tour came to a tearful close last week, but it looks like a couple of fans had a sad outcome at one of her shows. The R&B diva is being sued by two women who claim they were trampled by a stampede before her Chicago concert last December.

According to CBS Chicago, “longtime fans” Raquel Castellanos and Gabriella Davidson filed a lawsuit against the United Center, Live Nation and Queen Bey.

The two fans stated in their suit that they stood outside the venue for hours with hopes of getting close to the stage for Beyonce’s show. But when the gates opened at 7PM, without proper instructions to allow an orderly entrance, they were trampled by a “rushing mob.” The enormous crowd knocked them to the ground leaving them both unconscious and with broken bones.

Both Castellanos and Davidson had to be taken to the hospital for their injuries and did not stay for the show.

The women alleged that the United Center, Live Nation and Beyonce did nothing to prevent the growing crowd from bum-rushing the entrance at the venue once the gate was opened.

Castellanos and Davidson are seeking undisclosed damages.

Attorneys for United Center, Live Nation and Beyonce had no comment on the matter.

Model From The Weeknd Music Video Reveals She Was Born Male (@geenarocero)

Model and activist Geena Rocero left many shocked after she revealed at a TED Talk last week that she was born a male. Rocero then announced the launch of Gender Proud, a campaign aimed at bringing awareness to the fact that only a few countries allow transgender people to update the gender on their legal documentation without first having to undergo forced sterilization or genital surgery.

Having legal documentation that doesn't match one's appearance can be a major source of anxiety for transgender individuals and opens the door for discrimination.

Rocero is probably best known as the woman who stars alongside The Weeknd in the super trippy music video for his song "The Knowing."

Pharrell Williams Talks About Uniqlo Collaboration [VIDEO]

Pharrell Wiliams is at his mainstream peak right now after scoring hits with Daft Punk and Robin Thicke last year and having ‘Happy’ top the Billboard Hot 100. Anybody who’s familiar with the producer knows his creative versatility expands beyond music. He’s a fashion icon, and one of his latest endeavors is his collaboration with Uniqlo.

The veteran hitmaker sat down for an interview for the line’s promo video. The two-minute clip shows he’s not just in the collaboration for exposure.

“It delivers a really good message of what apparel could be,” Williams said. “In terms of the high quality — the quality of the T-shirts that have been made.”

The new “i am OTHER” collection features 26 styles from headwear to T-shirts and will hit Uniqlo stores on April 14. The video features samples from the line.

Williams, along with Kanye West, is also collaborating with adidas on an eco-friendly apparel collection that’s set to debut this summer. Commes des Garcons, G-Star jeans and Moncler are also part of Williams’ growing list of fashion collaborators.

It was also announced yesterday that Skateboard P will be a host on season seven of ‘The Voice.’ Clearly, this producer isn’t the type to rest on his success.

Chris Brown's Attorney Asks Judge to Block Jail Transfer

Chris Brown and LawyerFrederick M. Brown, Getty Images

Chris Brown’s attorney has asked a Los Angeles judge to block an order that would transfer the jailed crooner in federal custody to Washington, D.C. to face trial on an assault charge.

“We have no assurance he would it make it in time for the trial. Then, we’ve got no ability to get him back here,” Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos said in a court filing, according to the Los Angeles Times. “I don’t want him languishing there.”

The R&B singer is in jail and is due at trial on April 17 to face an assault charge, stemming from an October altercation in the nation’s capital. Last week, a D.C. judge authorized U.S. Marshals to transport Brown from Los Angeles for the trial.

However, Geragos proposed two options: block the federal order or permit him to escort Brown to the D.C. trial. A hearing is scheduled for Thursday (April 3) on Geragos’ motion.

If Brown gets convicted in the D.C. case, it will be considered a serious violation of the singer’s probation and the judge could sentence him up to four years in prison.

Meanwhile, Brown has sent a voicemail message via Karrueche Tran’s phone thanking his fans for their undying support. Also, Breezy’s video for ‘Loyal’ racked up 12.7 million views on YouTube since its premiere on March 24.

African Company Releases First Black Emojis

After constant complaint about the lack of black emojis with Apple phones, a phone company has stepped up and created the first black emojis.

According to the International Business Times, Oju Africa a division of mobile company Mi-Fone has created a collection of 15 black emojis. Creative Director Eserick Fouché says that 'Oju' which means face, is a great addition to mobile devices and finally answers the question about black emojis.

"We follow global trends but we are differentiated by our authentic African voice," Fouch said. "So as a brand we wanted to do something that only Africa could pull off, something that could become so iconic that it would have the world talking. I believe what we have created will ensure that every African on the planet won't be able to help but love it!"

In the past, petitions have been created, demanding that Apple created more emojis that represent the world today.

The app titled "oju emoticon app" is currently available for Android phones and can be used with Twitter. The ratings for the app are mixed, with some loving the app and others criticizing it on it's huge keyboard and sticker-size emojis.

Groupie Posts Earnings From Allegedly Servicing Two NBA Stars (@iamcandycane)

Well-known NBA groupie/prostitute Candy Deepthroat is making waves once again after claiming on Instagram to have recently sucked off two Minnesota Timberwolves players for the sum of $3,500.

"iSucked 2 D*CKS off 1 team n made $3,500 WTF u do with ur day?... Don't root for the #timberwolves they'll b to exhausted to win! LOL #candydeepthroat," she captioned an Instagram pic of her holding a handful of $100 and $50 bills.

Media Takeout claims to allegedly know the identity of the Timberwolves players in question. The gossip blog says an unnamed source who was staying at the same hotel claims to have spotted Candy entering an elevator with Kevin Martin and Corey Brewster. We'd like to stress that there's absolutely zero evidence for this claim.

Candy, who's been linked in the past to other players including Matt Barnes and Lance Stephenson, once explained why she does what she does.

"I just enjoy myself and I'm a very sexual person so I sleep with sexy guys and I get paid for that. A lot of girls do it for free. I just have the mindset that if I'm gonna be boning somebody sexy, why not benefit more than just getting my orgasm on?"

Drake Throws Shots on 'Draft Day'

Drake strikes back following Jay Z’s jabs on Jay Electronica’s ‘We Made It’ with his own track called ‘Draft Day’ produced by Boi-1da.

Rhyming over a Lauryn Hill sampled beat, Drake boasts about his status in the rap game while throwing some subtle shots at Hov, perhaps Kanye West and even Chance the Rapper.

“You should’ve followed all my moves, you won’t realize ’til after / And if I left s— to chance I would’ve picked a name like Chance the Rapper / No offense cause I don’t know that n—- / I’m focused on making records and getting bigger / Just hits, no misses, that’s for the married folk / Tell ‘em fix my suite up cause I’m coming home / I heard he talking crazy, I was out of town / You know they love to pop all that s— when I’m not around.,” the Toronto native raps.

And while he’s clearly not afraid to go back at Mr. Carter, Drake still hasn’t responded to Kendrick Lamar’s ‘Control’ verse. Just saying.
