Wu-Tang wants to set the record straight about their non-existent relationship Northstar's Christ Bearer.

Bearer, real name Andre Johnson was rushed to the hospital after severing his penis and jumping off a second balcony apartment building in North Hollywood. Sources claim that Bearer was trying to kill himself, but got up immediately after the fall and started screaming. Many outlets have connected the 90's rapper to the legendary Wu-Tang Clan group.

The group took their Instagram page and posted photos claiming that Bearer has no connection to them at all.

"Parental Advisory : Don't Believe The HYPE." the caption says. "This Mother F****** Ain't Got S*** to do with WUTANG ..~Mr .TANG Www.WuTangclan.com"

Another photo was posted with the same claims.

Bearer was aligned with the group after RZA discovered the rap group Northstar. There is also footage of another Wu-Tang affiliate Killah Priest awarding the rapper with the Killer Bee Wu-Tang title.

Reality star Porsha Williams was arrested and charged with simple battery after fight with co-star Kenya Moore during the Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion taping. After the fight, Moore called 911 and footage from the taping was used to charge Williams.

With sources reporting that Williams will turn herself in Thursday, the singer was already booked and released on Wednesday after paying a $2,000 bond. The singer has plans to charge Moore with aggravated result.

Many believe that Williams was provoked before the scuffle. Watch What Happens Live and reunion host Andy Cohen thought the fight was inappropriate.

Rob Kardashian was noticeably absent from the Kardashian family trip to Thailand last week and now we know the reason why. Rob is currently in rehab at Dawn at The Meadows treatment facility in Arizona. He's currently battling weight issues, depression (which he's talked about on the show) and substance abuse, namely a growing dependency on lean.

According to Star magazine, Kourtney, Kim and Khloe's baby bro has been in rehab for about a month now, and is "feeling stronger and more relaxed without the incessant berating from everyone. I would love to see him show up a changed man at Kim's wedding and gain some independence."

An insider revealed that Rob's lean habit is a main reason he's gained so much weight.

HollywoodLife.com spoke with Rob, who told the site "My number 1 goal is working on my sock business and getting my health straight, losing a bunch of weight and feeling good and happy again. We have all been working out more — me, my mom, and Kim. Khloe has been going hard, we kinda all do. Kendall even started hitting the gym and she never use to hit the gym because she's just young and she's skinny but now [she does]. We are all helping each other out and I'm trying to lose a crazy amount of weight. I've been struggling and it's a new year so we are all kinda on the same page."

It seems the whole family is trying to get healthier.

Diddy to Speak at Howard University's Commencement Ceremony Despite Protest

Howard University has tapped their most famous non-graduating alumn Diddy to deliver the 2014 Commencement address on May 10. The rap mogul will also receive an honorary degree from the university, much to the chagrin of critics.

Although Diddy dropped out of the school in 1990, he went on to become a successful businessman in music and fashion. The Bad Boy Records executive is currently No. 1 on Forbes’ 2014 Wealthiest Hip-Hop Artist List. Neverthelss, some critics believe that he doesn’t deserve to speak in front of graduates.

Current Howard student Darien Carter voiced his displeasure via Twitter writing, “Can someone explain why Diddy, a person who never graduated from Howard, is speaking at graduation?”

Despite the protest, Interim President Wayne A.I. Frederick stands by his decision of having Diddy speak at graduation.

“In selecting the individuals who will be awarded honorary degrees, Howard University continues the tradition of identifying leaders whose work has clearly contributed to the advancement of their fields and the world,” he said in a statement. “We are honored to have Mr. Combs serve as our speaker. He sat in classrooms where our students sit, walked ‘The Yard,’ and like many students, his entrepreneurial spirit was sparked at Howard. We know he will inspire our class to work hard and to always strive for excellence.”

Five individuals will also receive honorary degrees during the ceremony, including CNN’s Wolf Blitzer and PepsiCo CEO Indra K. Nooyi.

Wu-Tang Clan Affiliate Christ Bearer Cuts Off Penis in Suicide Attempt

In a bizarre story, a Wu-Tang Clan-affiliated rapper cut off his penis and jumped off a second story balcony in a suicide attempt on Wednesday (April 16).

Police found Los Angeles-based rhymer Christ Bearer, real name Andre Johnson, lying on the sidewalk at his apartment building critically injured. The rapper was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center but it’s unclear if doctors were able to reattach his penis.

According to TMZ, police found no hard drugs in Bearer’s apartment that would make him perform such a ghastly act on himself.

Bearer is a member of the rap duo Northstar, who were discovered by Wu-Tang’s RZA outside of an L.A. radio station in 1998. The rapper is also a member of the Wu-Tang affiliate collective the West Coast Killa Beez.

Christ Bearer and fellow rapper Rugged Monk, of the Wu-group Black Knights, just released a new video for their single ‘OOOH!,’ which was produced by SkareKrow.

Jay Z Will Take Made in America Festival to Los Angeles

West Coast rap fans won’t need to fly to Philadelphia to see the Made in America festival this year because Jay Z plans to bring the show to them.

The two-day festival will take place in California on Aug. 30 and Aug. 31 at the Los Angeles Grand Park and simultaneously in Ben Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia. Hov announced the Cali extension of the festival on the steps of City Hall in Los Angeles on Wednesday (April 16), as he stood next to L.A. Mayor Eric Garcetti, Budweiser VP Brian Perkins and Live Nation President and CEO Michael Rapino.

“Two years ago this was a dream to put a festival together, to have all types of music, different types of genres ’cause I believe that genres separate us,” Jay Z said.

You can get early bird tickets now. However, you should be warned that each fest’s ticket prices are different — Philly tickets range from $100 – $150 while L.A. will set you back $125 – $185.

The lineup will be announced at a later date.

50 Cent Talks New York Hip-Hop, G-Unit Beef and 'Animal Ambition' on Hot 97

When 50 Cent gives an interview expect the unexpected. During his conversation with Hot 97 this morning (April 16), the New York rapper dropped some interesting quotables about hip-hop, his past beefs and unintentionally (*wink*) threw a couple of G-Unit members under the bus.

When discussing New York hip-hop and rapper Troy Ave, Fiddy seemed a bit impressed with the rising rap star. “I like the idea of a Troy Ave,” he said. “In reality, I hear a lot of me in Troy Ave.”

50 also touched on his former G-Unit members Tony Yayo and Lloyd Banks rapping alongside Troy Ave on songs and called them his “hype men.” Although the rapper said that he wasn’t throwing shots at them, it was definitely a low-key zinger at them.

As for how 50 feels about his former G-Unit comrades he simply sees them as his little brothers.

Elsewhere, the Queens rhymer talked about his pasts beefs with Game, Ja Rule and Rick Ross.

The couple that plays together stays together. At least that’s the case for Beyonce and Jay Z, who will reportedly head out on the road this summer to tour together.

Page Six breaks the news on a planned 20-stadium U.S. tour that will start in late June. The lauded hip-hop and R&B pair, who are no strangers to showing up at each other’s gigs to give surprise performances, will apparently perform in New York on July 4 as well.

Jay Z and Beyonce have teamed up many times onstage in recent months to treat fans to their smash collaboration ‘Drunk in Love,’ off the latter’s game-changing self-titled album. From the 2014 Grammy Awards to the O2 Arena in London, the power couple have commanded crowds with their musical chemistry.

Both entertainers recently wrapped their individual tours. Beyonce’s Mrs. Carter Show World Tour ended in March, with the songstress giving a tearful goodbye to her supporters, while Hov’s 52-date Magna Carta Holy Grail tour was completed in January.

Earlier this week, they stayed true to their roots and hit up the Coachella music festival in Indio, Calif., only this time they didn’t get onstage together. Beyonce joined her sister Solange while she sang her popular track ‘Losing You,’ and Jay Z graced the stage during Nas’ set.

For kids, going to the doctors can be an unpleasant experience. But one doctor made a young patient’s visit a fun experience with a rap.

In a viral video titled “Rapping Staff Sergeant,” a young girl’s foot is placed in a cast and the doc gives the patient some instructions on how to take care of it.

Over an instrumental that uses the famous breakbeat ‘It’s a New Day‘ by the Skull Snaps, the rapping sergeant spits a ‘Cast Rules Jingle’ to warn his patient to not get the cast wet.

“Don’t hate, just elevate / Don’t sign the papers to send me to Ricki Lake / Just elevate for 15 minutes / If that don’t work you can come back to the clinic,” he raps.

Honestly, the young lady doesn’t seem to be impressed with his rhymes.

Either way, we hope she paid attention to the doctor’s words — it seems that cast rules everything around him.

Flavor Flav Pleads Guilty in Las Vegas Battery Case

Flavor Flav has a good team behind him considering the rap game’s most notable hype man was able to dodge having a felony crime on his record this week.

The Public Enemy member pleaded guilty to misdemeanors attempted battery with substantial bodily harm and battery constituting domestic violence as a result of a Las Vegas domestic violence case in which he threatened his fiancee’s son with a knife in 2012.

Reuters reports that Flav, born William Drayton Jr., was in a Las Vegas court on Monday (April 14), where he was served with 12 counseling sessions and was given a one-year suspended sentence according to Clark County District Court spokeswoman Mary Ann Price.

In October 2012, he was charged with assault with a deadly weapon and domestic violence battery following a domestic dispute with his fiancee Liz Trujillo and her teenage son. At the time, the Las Vegas police reported a caller, identified as Trujillo, said she had been involved in a physical altercation with her fiance, who was identified as William Drayton.

If the 55-year-old entertainer was found guilty of the charges, Flav faced up to six years in prison and up to six months if convicted of the domestic violence charge. Kristina Wildeveld, the clock necklace-wearing rhymer’s attorney, said Flav took a plea deal to prevent himself from having a felony attached to his name. “We came to an agreement that was acceptable to everyone,” Wildeveld said. “Flav never had a felony. He never wanted to have a felony.”

If Flav fails to complete any of the 12 court-ordered counseling sessions with Trujillo’s son, he could serve jail time.

Flav and Trujillo have one younger son together, Karma.

Earlier this year, he was arrested while traveling to his mother’s funeral in Hempstead, N.Y. Flav was pulled over for speeding, which caused police to discover he had a whopping 16 suspensions on his license. In addition to a dirty driving record, he was also found to be in possession of marijuana.

According to The Jasmine Brand, the reality star posted a picture of herself with Tony Gaskins a motivational speaker, author and life coach. In the past, Gaskins was featured on Oprah and helped assist Evelyn Lozada after her domestic dispute with Chad Ochocinco.

Blake Griffin Faces Suspension Over Technical Fouls (@blakegriffin32‎)

Blake Griffin will sit out Wednesday's game against the Portland Trail Blazers over a technical foul during a 117-105 win over the Denver Nuggets on Tuesday.

According to ESPN, Griffin received his 16th technical foul when he hit Timofey Mozgov in the head after blocking a possible shot. Clippers coach told reporters that the Griffin needs rest after the game.

"The worst case is he's suspended one game, I'm not going to bring him anyway," Rivers said. "They'll probably rescind that. I'd be surprised but you never know. I want Blake to stay home and get some rest. He's so banged up."

NBA rules state that Griffin will have to sit out one game since he's racked up 16 technical fouls. Unless officials rule out the foul, Griffin can avoid the suspension but will still miss the game. Griffin told reporters he isn't worried about the ruling.

"I honestly do [think it will get rescinded]," Griffin said. "It's one of those ones where it was a continuation. I make a play on the ball and I hit the ball first and he gives me a tech for that. I'm not sure if that's going to stand up but we'll see. It's ultimately their decision."

Miley Cyrus canceled her Kansas City Bangerz show after a bad reaction to antibiotics.

According to TMZ, the singer was treating her flu with antibiotics given by doctors when she faced a bad reaction to the meds. The singer posted a picture of herself at the hospital apologizing to fans.

"Kansas I promise Im as [heartbroken] as you are." she tweeted. "I wanted so badly 2 b there 2night. Not being with yall makes me feel shittier than I already do."

This is the second show the singer has cancelled because of her flu.

Suspect Arrested After Bomb Scare Near Boston Marathon Line

As Tuesday marked the one year anniversary of the Boston Marathon bombing, police arrested a man who planted fake bombs near the marathon's finish line.

According to BuzzFeed, the man identified was Kayvon Edson, a 25 -year-old who struggled with mental illness. Police detonated two backpacks after suspicions of a possible bomb.

One of the bags was left by Edson who was wearing an all black get up with a black floppy hat. Edson was walking down the street barefoot screaming "Boston Strong," a saying that the town has adopted after the Boston Marathon bombing when he was approached by police.

After telling police he left a bomb by the site, he was arrested while a Bomb Squad tended to the back packs.

One of the bags detonated contained a rice cooker filled with confetti while the other contained photo equipment.

Police are now looking into Edson's reasoning behind the hoax. Just a few days ago the suspect posted memes of Boston Bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev on his Facebook page.

Edison is charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, and possession of a hoax device.
