Lil Wayne has reportedly given Birdman and Cash Money Records an ultimatum. If Baby doesn’t drop his new album, ‘Tha Carter V,’ Weezy is taking them to court.
According to a source who spoke to TMZ, Tunechi allegedly sent the label a written request — or a threat depending on how you look at it — that if Cash Money doesn’t comply and release his album, then he will leave the label altogether. Then he will sick his legal team after them.
While Wayne strongly claims that his project is finished, Birdman says that it still needs a lot of work, especially on the back end.
It also appears that their professional relationship is on the rocks too as they are not on speaking terms.
Even if everything works out for both Wayne and Birdman, we’re not too sure their friendship will ever be salvaged.

Soundcloud When Beyonce dropped her new track, ’7/11,’ we were all hyped and were ready to get down with the R&B queen. Now it looks like French Montana wants to get in on the action with his new remix of the song.
Released on Christmas Day (Dec. 25), the holiday treat shows off Frenchy’s production skills with Detail who produced the original version with Bobby Johnson.
The remix features hand claps, piano licks and a trap-inspired beat. The song is more uptempo and hangs on the Coke Boy leader’s hook, “Fresher than you.” It also contains Bey’s hook as she commands, “smack it, smack it in the air / Legs movin’ side to side, smack it in the air.”
Overall, the song is a certified headbanger that will surely get spins at your next New Year’s Eve party.

Safaree Samuels Says He's Not at War with Nicki Minaj [VIDEO]
After Nicki Minaj and her ex-boyfriend, Safaree “Scaff Beezy” Samuels, made their private breakup very public on Twitter last week, one might assume that a war is brewing between the two. Not quite. Samuels says that he has no hatred for his former boo.
The fledgling rapper told TMZ that their spat on Twitter was no big deal and that hes still has love for the Queen Barbz.
“Definitely not a Twitter war, just a misunderstanding,” he told the gossip website. “Somebody out there is putting poison out. Definitely nothing but love.”
When asked if he and Minaj could get back together again, the rapper didn’t seem too optimistic about it.
“I support her and everything…music [and] family,” he said. “12 years is a long time, that’s not just something you just forget about. She’s like a family member.”
“It’s not easy,” he added. “It’s different when everywhere you go, everything you watch, every single radio station…has on that person.”
We hope that Beezy and Minaj can patch things up and go their separate ways amicably. But we understand that breaking up is very hard to do, especially after 12 years of love and friendship.
