Young Thug Wears Questionable Top In Latest Photoshoot (@YoungThugWorld)

Young Thug's fashion taste isn't exactly tame.

The up and coming rapper opted for what believes to be a leopard peplum-type top in his latest photo shoot. The 21-year-old is keeping busy, between performing and his new remix for 'Stoner' with Nicki Minaj, the rapper looks like he's enjoying himself.

The rapper posted the pic above on his Instagram page for his fans. Some thought his choice in fashion was daring but it left others scratching their heads. The rapper has an eclectic taste but what do you think? Was this a fashion disaster?

Anna Gordy Gaye, Ex-Wife of Marvin Gaye, Dead At 92

Anna GayeYouTube

Anna Gordy Gaye, the sister of Motown founder Berry Gordy, Jr., and the ex-wife of late crooner Marvin Gaye, has passed away. The 92-year-old songwriter and businesswoman died on Friday (Jan. 31) surrounded by friends and family.

According to a statement, the family asked for privacy as they prepare funeral arrangements for Ms. Gaye.

Her brother, Berry Gordy, also released a statement. It reads:

“My sister Anna was the glamour girl of the family. She was beautiful, sexy, playful, lovely. Men loved her but she lived for her family, especially her younger brothers of which, I was lucky enough to be one.

She backed me up on everything I tried to do and gave me the confidence to be what I wanted to be. She gave me all the love that a sister could give a brother.

When I first came to California as a teenage boxer, Anna lived there and I knew I would have a place to call home.

I will miss her so dearly. What I’m grateful for most was that she lived to see me reach my goals and shared them all with me in happiness and joy.”

– Berry Gordy, Founder, Motown

Anna Gordy was married to Marvin Gaye for 14 years before divorcing in 1977. Their troubled marriage inspired Mr. Gaye to record his 1978 album, ‘Here, My Dear.’

Ms. Gaye was a successful entrepreneur whose first business was a photo stand at Detroit’s Flame Show Bar in the early fifties. In 1958, she launched her own record label, Anna Records, with songwriters Gwen and Billy Davis. She was also a prolific songwriter herself who penned two songs on Marvin’s classic album, ‘What’s Going On.’

In recent years, Ms. Gaye reportedly suffered from a myriad of illnesses including heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes. She is survived by a son, Marvin Gaye III, and two brothers, including Berry Gordy, Jr.

We want to send our condolences to the Gordy and Gaye family. May she rest eternally in peace.

Panhandler Shoots Man on Bus After People Refuse to Give Money

A Briijktb panhandler was arrested yesterday (Jan. 31st) after he allegedly shot a passenger in the hand on a bus. Police say the incident happened aboard a B12 bus on New York Avenue in East New York. Witnesses say beggar Sean McTerrel was harassing the passengers onboard for money, including victim Jowainza Maloney. "The arguing was because nobody wants to give the guy who was shooting any money," rider Carlina Nichols told CBS.

The Post reports McTerrel was asking a mother with her baby for change when Maloney stepped in and told him, "You're a grown man. You need to go get a job. Stop asking people for money." McTerrel allegedly told the bus driver he was going to kill Maloney, then threatened Maloney and made racist comments. "He just pulled out a gun, and the guy ran towards him just to hold him; to hold the gun," Nichols said. "And when he held the gun, the man fires just all kinds of gunfire. It just went all over."

While struggling with McTerrel, Maloney was shot in the hand. "The bullet went just past my face," Nichols added to the Post. "I'm just checking myself to see if I'm shot. I was in shock." The bus driver kept driving despite the shots, and stopped the bus in front of the 73rd precinct. McTerrel and Maloney continued wrestling on the street there: "We rolled off the bus because the front door was open," Maloney told the Daily News. "I saw my life flash in front of me. I was just trying not to be killed."

"He basically tussled him down so he wouldn't hurt anyone else on the bus," Nichols said. "He's really a hero." McTerrel has been charged with attempted murder, assault, weapon possession and reckless endangerment. Maloney was taken to Brookdale University Hospital, where he is in stable condition. "I was fighting for my life," Maloney added. "If I hadn't done anything, it would have been worse."

Lauryn Hill Performs 'Final Hour' at Bowery Ballroom

‘Consumerism’ and ‘Neurotic Society’ haven’t been met with positive reviews, but that doesn’t take away from ‘The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill”s legacy. So it’s quite understandable that the crowd got excited when Ms. Hill decided to segue into ‘Final Hour’ from her stunning debut album.

The audience in New York City’s Bowery Ballroom got their $100 worth when the ex-Fugees member broke out the song while backed by a live band, who replaced the more apocalyptic sounds of the original with a funkier rendition.

The performance was taped in November, but the ‘Lost Ones’ rapper has just released footage of the concert.

Ms. Hill’s Homecoming Tour was supposed to end on Dec. 1 last year before she began serving house confinement on New Year’s Day. The tour will extend through February to include stops in Charlotte, Atlanta and Miami.

She will also make up for missed tour stops in Huntington, N.Y., Chester Bank, N.Y. and Red Bank, N.J. starting on Jan. 26. It’s not entirely certain if the judge gave Ms. Hill an extension though.

Lil Za Hit With 3 Felonies, Including MDMA and Oxycodone

The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office charged Lil Za with two charges of possession of a controlled substance, for MDMA and Oxycodone, according to TMZ. Police found the drugs "in plain view" at Bieber's home on January 14, where they were searching for evidence in the alleged egging of a neighbor's home.

Lil Za also reportedly faces a felony charge for damaging a jail phone. He spent less than a day at the station. Before he was released on bail, Sheriff's officers confirmed to MTV News that the 19-year-old damaged a phone, resulting in an additional charge and another $50,000 added to his bail.

After being released, Lil Za took to Twitter to clarify what he said was an unfair representation in the media. "Honestly , the media is making me someone I'm not . But only those in my shoes can relate. ... These ppl get paid to make you look bad," he wrote on January 16. "Some stuff I've done has been wrong yes. but look at the position I'm in and the color of my skin. Cocaine? Really?"

Za has since deleted his Twitter account.
