Detriot Homeowners Continue To Kill Intruders In Self Defense

Another man has died due to Detroit's steady rise of home invasions.

According to the Huffington Post, a 47-year-old man opened fire in his own home after two burglars invaded his home. After the teens entered the home, the man fatally shot one of the intruders while wounding the other, a 19-year-old woman.

The shooting adds the issue that the city is having with burglaries. Since February, seven intruders have been killed by homeowners.

Police Officer Jennifer Moreno spoke with the Post and says that citizens are tired of the crime buthave been left with no choice to defend themselves.

"The citizens of Detroit are very tired of being bullied by these thugs, for lack of a better word," Moreno said. "They're defending themselves and their property and they have every right to do so."

Moreno says that the city supports the citizens that are defending themselves.

"We've been very supportive of citizens that are arming themselves," said Moreno."They are law-abiding citizens. These are the ones who are in their domain and inside their homes, and if you can't have peace at home, where can you?"

Bieber performed with the rapper, making this his first show since his string of arrests since January. After the big suprise, Bieber tweeted, "That was fun."

After dropping his video "Show The World," last week, Lil Boosie performed for the first time since his release from prison.

The rapper hit the stage Friday for the 'TD2CH Tour' at The Nashville Municipal Auditorium with Yo Gotti along with special guests Young Buck and Nae Nae dance creators We Are Toonz.

The rapper performed "Devils," "My Struggle," and fan favorites "Set It Off" and "They Dy***."

Eminem, Rihanna Perform 'The Monster' at 2014 MTV Movie Awards [VIDEO]

As promised, Eminem and Rihanna perform their chart-topping single ‘The Monster’ at the 2014 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday night (April 13).

Dressed in all-white with a “Fear” headband, RiRi enter the stage singing the yearning chorus of their collaborative hit song. Then Slim Shady appeared from backstage to recite his acerbic rhymes. The Detroit rhyme-spitter donned a white T-shirt, black pants, olive-colored jacket and matching Nike Air Max 90 sneakers.

At the end of their song, Em and Rihanna met at the center of the stage to give each other a big hug.

The dynamic duo’s MTV Movie Awards performance could also be view as a precursor to their major stadium outing this summer.

Eminem and Rihanna will hit the road together for The Monster Tour. The 3-city trek begins Aug. 7 in Los Angeles at the Rose Bowl. They will also perform at Met Life Stadium on Aug. 16 in East Rutherford, N.J., and Comerica Park in Detroit on Aug. 22.

Supermodel Kate Upton isn't happy with her famous cleavage.

In an interview with UK's The Sun, the blonde beauty says that she wishes for smaller breasts twice a day.

"I know I say I wish I had smaller boobs," she said. "That's true because at least twice a day I wish that. But the grass is always greener, as they say."

Upton says that it would be easier for her to wear particular tops if she wasn't a 34D.

"I wish I had smaller boobs every day of my life as I would love to wear spaghetti tops braless or go for the smallest bikini designs."

The model also mentions that she tries not to complain because of the image it sends to young women but still wishes her breasts weren't such a big deal.

"Every single day I'm like, 'Oh man, it would be so much easier'," she said. "Especially if people didn't constantly bring them up."

The model will star in the romantic comedy with Nicki Minaj and Cameron Diaz, The Other Woman April 25.

The surprises keep coming at the Coachella music festival. On Sunday (April 13), Chance the Rapper invited an unlikely guest to join him onstage — Justin Bieber!

The pop superstar, dressed in a huge black T-shirt, shorts and a bucket hat, performed ‘Confident’ with the Chi-City rhymer during his afternoon set.

Before Biebs exited the stage, the ‘Baby’ singer showed off his acrobatic footwork for the crowd.

Billboard reported that Chance the Rapper ended his set by thanking fans who have “favorited a tweet or retweeted me or follow me on Instagram.”

After his surprise appearance, Bieber went on Twitter and tweeted:

Man Surprises Enemy By Kissing Him To End Heated Argument

Not all vicious fights lead to bloodshed.

A video is making it's rounds around the web after a man surprisingly kissed another man during a heated argument. In the video you can see the gentlemen in a black hoodie arguing with a man who isn't seen in the video. A man who might of been a friend of his goes to his defense.

As the two exchange insults and gang statuses, the man in the red shirt threatens to kiss his enemy. With the other man leaning in for the kiss, the man in the red shirt is left shocked. Even though he constantly taunted him in the the verbal fight, the kiss left him throwing up a white flag.

Drake Visits 15-Year-Old Terminally-Ill Cancer Patient [PHOTOS]

Drake made a terminally-ill patient’s dream come true by paying her a surprise visit in Houston on Saturday (April 12). Buoyed by the #DrakeForKen social media campaign, Drizzy met with high school student Kennedy Brown who has brain cancer.

During his visit, the Toronto rapper and the 15-year-old teen took photos and videos together along with her family.

Drake also went on his Instagram page to show his enthusiasm in meeting this brave young woman who is battling a cancerous brain tumor.

In one photo, Drake wrote, “Me and this beautiful angel Kennedy #kenfordrake.” In one hilarious picture, Brown asked Drake if she could touch his infamous furry eyebrows.

Brown’s fellow students, who started the #DrakeforKen campaign on Twitter, was also there to witness the joyous meet-and-greet.

“Incredible day,” wrote Drake.

Brown’s father told ABC13 News that he wanted to thank everyone in Houston for their ongoing support. Drake’s visit was an endearing act of kindness and it meant the world for the Brown family.

Terminally-ill cancer patient Kennedy Brown got her wish to meet her favorite rapper Drake.

Brown a student from Carnegie Vanguard High School, was recently in the news after her friends gave her a special prom and graduation after her brain cancer worsened. Brown suffers from an aggressive form of brain cancer and wouldn't be able to finish school.

After the big event, her friends and family rallied online the hashtag #DrakeForKen, with hopes that Kennedy would meet Drake.It was a big suprise for Brown since she thought he was just making her personalized video.

Instead, the two spent some time together with the rapper planting a kiss on the blushing fan.

Drake posted some of the moments on Instagram with the caption, "All these beautiful people #drakeforken turned into #kenfordrake I am so happy,"

Pharrell Williams Delivers Star-Packed Show at Coachella Music Festival 2014 [VIDEO]

Pharrell Williams’ show was jam-packed with hits and star-studded guests at the Coachella music festival on Saturday (April 12). The Oscar-nominated producer had fans dancing and grooving to his infectious hits in the wee hours of the night.

Skateboard P (and his infamous Buffalo hat with holes in them!) kicked off his set with Daft Punk’s ‘Lose Yourself to Dance’ before diving into songs from his ‘G I R L’ album like ‘Come Get it Babe,’ ‘Hunter’ and ‘Brand New.’ But the hitmaker also performed various chart-toppers like ‘Frontin’ ‘I Just Wanna Love U,’ ‘Blurred Lines’ and ‘Get Lucky.’

But the highlights of the show were the surprise guest appearances.

Nelly joined Williams for ‘Hot in Here,’ Busta Rhymes and Diddy performed their dance moves for ‘Pass the Courvoisier Pt. 2′ and Tyler the Creator joined him for ‘Lapdance.’

Later, Snoop Dogg helped out Williams on ‘Drop It Like It’s Hot’ and ‘Beautiful.’ Then Gwen Stefani came out for a rollicking rendition of ‘Hollaback Girl.’

Midway into his set, the sandstorm that hit the Coachella stage begin to affect Williams’ voice. He apologized to the audience for his scratchy vocals and promised them that he will do better next weekend.

Of course, the hitmaker ended the set with his feel-good hit ‘Happy.’

Despite having vocal problems due to the sandstorm, Pharrell Williams delivered a helluva show that featured great music and superstar guests. Fans were definitely happy to witness such a spectacle at Coachella.

Game's Children Allegedly Injured During Domestic Dispute (@thegame)

New information has been released following the Game and Tiffney Cambridge domestic dispute.

According to TMZ, the rapper not only attacked his fiance, but his children were present during the fight. The site also claims to have court documents that describe the fight.

During the fight, his children were injured by a broken table. When Cambridge went to help the children, the rapper told Tiffney to "move the f*** out the way." The docs also claim that the rapper struck Tiffney in her torso and refused to let her leave the home with the children.

He also allegedly told the children if Tiffney left, 'both Mommy and Daddy would go to jail."

The rapper has repeatedly denied the accusations while Tiffey has posted cryptic photos following the incident. Tiffney currently has a restraining order against the rapper.

TEDxPortland x Air Jordan 1 'Perfect' Pack

The Air Jordan 1 is considered flat out perfection by many sneakerheads. In recognition of that, organizers at TEDxPortland have teamed up with Nike to make a special “perfect” Air Jordan 1 pack.

The collaboration has spawned two colorways of the sneaker resulting in a black and white silhouettes with tumbled leather, red accents and iced outsoles being the mainstay of each look. Beneath each shoe the word “Perfect” is stamped in big, bold red block lettering, finishing off each subtle silhouette in stealth style.

As far as release goes for this set of sneakers only 230 pairs were made and will be part of the PERFECT TEDxPortland art exhibition and auction. In addition, 23 pairs will be given away at the #TEDxPDX event in Portland, Ore., on April 12.

While Jay Z was surprising audiences during Nas’ show, his wife, Beyonce, was shocking crowds during Solange’s performance at Coachella on Saturday (April 12).

During Solange’s performance of ‘Losing You,’ Queen Bey came out from backstage for a choreographed dance routine with her sister. The pair was busting a move while flashing big smiles at each other. We must also mentioned how fabulous and weather-appropriate Beyonce’s outfit was at the event. The 32-year-old superstar wore a purple-and-white floral mini-skirt which showed off her toned legs. Meanwhile, Solange donned a bright orange jumpsuit, which showed off her lovely gams as well.

Outside of that, Solange’s set was bursting with neo-soul coolness, according to NME. The 27-year-old singer performed songs from her ‘True’ album as well as cover songs by Kate Bush (her 1985 tune ‘Cloudbusting’) and the Dirty Projectors (‘Stillness Is the Move’).

Overall, Solange’s soulful show was full of big hair, big surprises and big performances.

Nas Brings Out Jay Z, Diddy at Coachella Music Festival 2014

The Coachella music festival is famous for having big surprises and Saturday’s (April 12) lineup of shows was filled with plenty of them. One of the night’s biggest surprises happened during Nas’ concert set — his former rap rival Jay Z hit the stage to perform a medley of hits.

Hov and Nas teamed up to perform ‘Dead Presidents II’ and ‘Where I’m From’ off his ‘In My Lifetime, Vol. 1 album.

“Peace to the God, I had to come out here and celebrate 20 years of ‘Illmatic’ what an amazing accomplishment,” said Jay Z.

“Dude, love,” Nas replied back.

Later, Diddy joined the Queensbridge rhymer for a rendition of their 1999 song ‘Hate Me Now’ from the ‘I Am…’ album.

“If it wasn’t for you, hip-hop wouldn’t have arrive to this place,” said Diddy to Nas. “God sent you to us. You are a lyrical genius and musician. An artiste in its rarest form. We celebrate you.”

Manny Pacquiao and Timothy Bradley Jr. squared off in the highly anticipated rematch for the WBO welterweight title Saturday night.

After losing against Bradley in 2012, the fight left Pacquiao's fans proud as he picked up big combos that eventually let to a win for the fighter by unanimous decision. Bradley talked to reporters after the fight about the first loss of his career.

"I did my best man," he said. "I was just trying to end with one shot ... I lost he's the better man tonight. One defeat isnt gonna stop me I lost the fight but not the war." Bradley suffered an injury but continued to push through during the fight. "I accept defeat." he said.

Pacquiao also had good things to say following the fight. "It was good, I'm very happy because the victory is ours," he said. "I didn't come to fight for myself I fought in the name of Jesus."

After the fight, fans praised the boxer for his big win, with many wondering if Mayweather would want to see him in the ring.

In an interview with XXL, the rapper says that fellow southern rapper Two Chainz inspired him to make a comeback.

"I think I have some big plans, presently and in the very near future for me," he said. " So, I think sometimes we all need a good comeback story. 2 Chainz, he had a good comeback story, but he's first run wasn't as big as mine as Tity Boi with Playaz Circle with "Duffle Bag Boy" featuring Lil Wayne. That was the record they had worked, but it didn't garner international success and national success as I had with my first run."

The rapper says that 2 Chainz ability to revamp himself proves that he can do the same.

"His story coming back as 2 Chainz is a lot of don't even realize that he's Tity Boi still," he said. "But, for me, it was such an inspirational comeback story that it inspired me to continue fighting. With that, this is the same rundown I had to get at my label. Like, yo, this s*** ain't over for me n****."

Johnny Depp Subpoenaed In Murder Case By Crazed Fan (@J0HNNYDepp)

An avid Johnny Depp fan has brought him into a bizarre criminal case.

According to TMZ, the actor was served papers in the middle of his movie premiere of 'Transcendence' to appear in court on behalf of a woman named Nancy Lekon.

Lekon was charged with murder in 2009 after driving a a limo in L.A when killed a woman after hitting her and dragging her body for a mile. Lekon informed officers that she was in a relationship with the famous actor and was heading to see him during the time of her arrest. A lawyer is trying to prove the woman is insane to avoid jail time.

Lekon will stand trial later this month.
