Chris Brown Embraces Karrueche Tran in 'Autumn Leaves' Video

R&B singer Chris Brown has released a new video for his ballad ‘Autumn Leaves,’ which is from his Grammy-nominated album ‘X.’ The clip features an appearance from his on-and-off girlfriend Karrueche Tran.

Directed by Colin Tilley, the Asian-inspired video features Breezy as a mysterious Samurai who is pursuing the affection of a beautiful geisha (played by Tran). The clip is also intermix with shots of bikini-clad girls, sword-welding warriors and picturesque views of a tropical paradise.

In the end, we see Brown, as the Samurai, meet up with his Geisha and he gives her a kiss on the forehead. Aww, isn’t that sweet?

It looks like the couple have put their past squabbles aside and are giving their relationship one more try.

Expect more visuals from Brown in the coming weeks. The ‘New Flame’ singer and Tyga recently filmed a video for ‘Ayo,’ which is the first single from their collaborative album, ‘Fan of a Fan 2.’

In addition, Brown and Trey Songz will embark on their Between the Sheets tour, which starts Jan. 28 in Hampton, Va., and wraps up March 8 in Los Angeles.

Jordin Sparks Addresses Instagram Stalkers on 'Double Tap' Featuring 2 Chainz

Jordin Sparks Artwork Soundcloud One of the most tackiest things you can do these days is double tap a person your’re courting on social media. That’s when you send someone a message, on Instagram for example, they don’t reply, but you send another message anyway. While this may seem innocent enough, it can be perceive as stalking, especially, to someone who is not interested.

According to Jordin Sparks‘ song ‘Double Tap,’ featuring 2 Chainz, it’s one of her pet peeves, unless you’re a cute guy, of course.

“Oh, on my Instagram he be looking, secret looks on your phone, I know / Baby on the low you stay on the page ’cause I guess I’m your favorite, but you won’t let it show, no way / If you like what you see then you got to let me know,” she sings.

A different version of the radio-friendly tune was originally released on Spark’s mixtape ‘ByeFlecia,’ back in 2014. Currently, the 25-year-old singer in the lab working on her new album, ‘Right Here, Right Now,’ which is supposed to be out sometime this year.

Based on the whole mixtape approach, and recruiting rappers like 2 Chainz, it appears the ‘American Idol’ alum is making a concentrated effort to appeal more to the urban music crowd, and it’ll be interesting to see if she stays on this path.

Running shoe and apparel company New Balance has teamed up with bicycle maker Tokyobike to introduce a sneaker capsule for cyclists. The New Balance C-Series keeps those pedal pushers in mind by upgrading a running silhouette with a few necessary changes.

The model assumes the shape of a simple running shoe with a sleek design and neoprene sockliner. The sneaker also gets a flash of 3M on the laces and back heel. Finally, the outsole boasts supportive traction for maximum grip on the pedals. For an added bonus, the tied laces can be tucked into the top of the tongue so that they don’t get caught in the crank.

The four colorway drop is expected to hit select retailers on Jan. 22. If you’re on the hunt, U.K. retailer Size? will have them in stock for $135.

Chief Keef Threatens Violence on Hardcore Single 'Ain't Nothing'

Chief Keef Cover Glo Gang Despite losing his record deal with Interscope Records last year, Chief Keef seems to keep rolling out songs as if he dropped an album. Last month, the Chicago rhymer released the Kanye West-assisted track ‘Nobody’, and now he’s back with his follow-up single, ‘Ain’t Nothing.’

Spitting over a dark and choppy track, produced by Ace Bankz, Sosa delivers his usual threat-heavy verses and doing his best to rep his Chicago set.

“You don’t war with this where your boy is / Hit that bank on that Lloyd s—, grown boy s— / Pistol knock your ass out it be on that f— s— / In my lane bunch of bulls—, I can do it / And my pistol Im’a scoot it at you in your head now, your dead n—-, where your bread n—-,” he raps.

It’s not clear which is more violent, the young rapper’s lyrics or the graphic artwork, which features Keef smiling as he drives away from a bloody drive-by shooting. It’s safe to say this song will not win any Grammy Awards next year, but the rapper’s core group of fans will probably take to it.

Lupe Fiasco has been hitting the promotion circuit hard for his new album, ‘Tetsuo & Youth,’ which is out now. The busy rapper stopped by ‘Late Night with Seth Myers’ to perform ‘Deliver’ Wednesday (Jan. 21).

The Chicago MC gave a powerful rendition of the song complete with a band, choir and special guest PJ to accompany on the vocals. Putting his all into this performance, Lupe has viewed ‘Deliver’ as a personal song that tries to demystify “the hood.”

“A song like “Deliver” is the autobiography of a myth in the hood,” he told Billboard. “You don’t really recognize it until you are there. The hood doesn’t really have the basic amenities that things that aren’t the hood has.”

He also showed off his comedic and acting chops last week when he played co-host Hannibal Buress’ doppleganger. He’s definitely on point and you’ll get lots of laughs out of this one. Check out how he did in the skit below.

Tyga may have promised us ‘The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty‘ next week, but it looks like we’ll have to wait a little longer. On Wednesday (Jan. 21), the rapper shared some bad news on his Twitter feed.

It’s looks like the Compton rhymer won’t be releasing his new album this month after all. He tweeted:

The Compton rhymer has been struggling with YMCMB for a while now and even called out the label and saying he’s been held hostage and can’t do nothing about it. While it looks like we won’t be hearing this LP anytime soon, Tyga was happy to announce that ‘Fan of a Fan 2,’ his collaborative project with Chris Brown, is releasing in the spring.

The duo recently shot their video for ‘Ayo’ and dropped a few previews from the visual earlier this week. Tyga will also be joining Breezy and Trey Songz on the Between the Sheets tour which kicks off on Jan. 28 in Hampton, Va.

It’s that time of the year again where brands from all over brave the New York cold to pedal their wares at the Agenda tradeshow. Popular apparel company Staple, who was in attendance, showed off their latest collaboration with heritage brand Timberland.

The Staple x Timberland ‘Polar Night’ Collection is a three-silhouette offering that ranges from a casual look to two hiking boots as well. The theme is executed by way of the black nubuck and ballistic mesh representing those long polar nights while a bright red falls onto the lining and eyelets.

Staple really nailed it with this release but we didn’t expect anything less from founder/designer Jeff Staple. Release information isn’t available for any of the styles yet but hopefully they’ll be out before the year is up.
