Parents Snitch on 13-Year-Old Daughter for Sending Nude Pics

A pair of Virginia parents went the extra mile when they recently found their 13-year-old daughter sending nude photos to her classmates.

Beyonce Accepts Video Vanguard Award at 2014 MTV Video Music Awards

Well, Beyonce didn’t win the award for Video of the Year — ‘Wrecking Ball’ did — but that didn’t stop her from taking home a major victory at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards. The songstress offered another unanimously loved VMA performance and accepted the MTV Video Vanguard Award.

She didn’t have to say much after the performance; after all, what else is there to be said? The grand gesture came from Jay Z and Blue Ivy. The rhymer came to the stage with their daughter in his arms, prepared to praise his wife.

“The greatest living entertainer, Beyonce,” Jay Z said, before his wife stepped to the microphone.

The move looked like a direct response to the divorce rumors that’s been following them throughout the On The Run tour. Blue Ivy also chimed in on the stage, and said what sounded like, “Good job, mommy,” into the microphone.

The VMAs came to a close following her set and all was well in Beyland.

Iggy Azalea, Rita Ora Perform 'Black Widow' at 2014 Video Music Awards

Iggy Azalea and Rita Ora performed their new collabo ‘Black Widow’ at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday (Aug. 24). And judging by our spidey senses, this was going to be another sensual performance from the Aussie rapper.

Dressed like a female Spider-Man, Azalea and Ora came out onstage in skin-tight black outfits decorated with sparkling rhinestones resembling a spider’s web and matching stilettos heels. The stage itself was designed like a huge spider web, which matched perfectly with the duo’s costumes.

The pair was also backed by several dancers who were also dressed as sexy spiders. There wasn’t too much dancing between Iggy and Rita, just plenty of sashaying.

In the end, the webbed duo promised us plenty of spider webs and rhinestones and they definitely delivered.

Beyonce Gives Fiery Performance of Visual Album at 2014 MTV Video Music Awards

Beyonce closed out the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards with a fiery performance of her self-titled visual album.

Dressed in a multi-color one-piece, Queen Bey performed a 15-minute medley of the 14-track LP. The R&B superstar kicked off her performance with the ballad ‘Mine’ and performed ‘Blow,’ ‘Pretty Hurts,’ ‘Rocket’ and other songs.

The highlight came when Bey asked the crowd to sing ‘Drunk in Love’ with her and they eagerly obliged the singer.

Her hubby, Jay Z, did not perform his verse from the song, which would have been a nice added touch. But not fear, Hov and Blue Ivy were in the crowd watching mommy do her thing onstage.

Another highlight came when Beyonce performed ‘Partition’ in which she and her sexy dancers made it twerk on the stripper pole. And the twerking continued during her rendition of the ‘Flawless (Remix)’ where she belted out her infamous line, Of course sometime s— go down when it’s a billion dollars on an elevator.”

That was followed by a tender moment when Beyonce performed her song ‘Blue’ with images of the adorable Blue Ivy being played in the background. Yes, it gave us warm fuzzies, too.

Beyonce finally ended her performance with ‘XO,’ which she dedicated to her adoring fans. She told the audience at the VMAs that if it wasn’t for them she wouldn’t be here. The entire crowd stood on their feet as she repeatedly sang them “I love you like XO / You love me like XO / You kill me boy XO / You love me like XO.”

Hugs and kisses were definitely felt from the crowd as they continued to cheer for Queen Bey long after her performance was over. Even Beyonce was overwhelmed by the adulation and was became teary-eyed.

Afterward, Jay Z and Blue Ivy joined Beyonce on stage as she was presented the Michael Jackson Vanguard Award, which she humbly accepted.

In the end, Beyonce showed the VMAs why she is flawlessly the Queen of R&B.

Nicki Minaj Suffers Apparent Wardrobe Malfunction at 2014 MTV Video Music Awards

Feminine perfection was the story of the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards. However, one performer got hit with a very human flaw: The wardrobe malfunction.

Nicki Minaj came with one of the more shocking moments of the night — an unintentional one. She was seen clutching parts of her black dress as if she was trying to prevent it from falling apart. This went down during her show-opening performance of ‘Bang Bang’ with Ariana Grande and Jessie J.

The costume struggle occurred right after she changed out of her revealing costume for the ‘Anaconda’ performance. Some viewers were amazed at how quickly Minaj changed, but the surprised turned into a near-disaster. According to Billboard, ‘The Pinkprint’ creator said, “We ran out of time getting the dress zipped up.”

This isn’t the first time Minaj suffered such a faux pas. The rhymer suffered a brief nipple slip during a 2011 ‘Good Morning America’ performance.

Chris Brown Tweets After Shooting: Miss Me With The Bullsh*t (@chrisbrown)

Chris Brown escaped his pre-VMA party unscathed after reportedly being shot at, and the R&B star took to Twitter to speak about the incident.

Sam Smith Gives Soulful Performance of 'Stay With Me' at 2014 MTV Video Music Awards

Singer Sam Smith may have lost the Best Male Video Award to fellow Brit Ed Sheeran, but that didn’t hold him back from giving a soulful performance of his ballad ‘Stay With Me’ at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards.

First off, Smith was introduced by the gorgeous Kim Kardashian-West who described his voice as one of a kind — and it truly is.

With just a pianist accompanying him, Smith’s soaring vocals pierce the Forum venue. And despite the singer’s heartbreaking lyrics, the audience joyously clapped their hands in unison and cheered every time he paused for dramatic effect.

Overall, it was one of the most subtle performances of the night and rightfully so. Sam Smith doesn’t need any bells and whistles onstage, he simply let his voice do all the talking.

Is Eminem Dropping His New Album on Black Friday?

EminemTheo Wargo, Getty Images

Guess who’s back? The real Slim Shady. Fifteen years after his debut album, Eminem is ready to drop a new album in the fall tentatively titled ‘Shady XV.’

Not much information has been released about the project so far but a few clues were recently discovered.

In the latest trailer for Denzel Washington’s new action thriller ‘The Equalizer,’ the end credits show that Em’s new song ‘Guts Over Fear’ will appear on ‘Shady XV’ on Black Friday (peep the screen grab below).

The Equalizer

Elsewhere, on Eminem’s Twitter account, the rapper posted a picture of him wearing a T-shirt that says “SHADYXV.” Also, Em’s manager, Paul Rosenberg, posted a tweet back in June that simply reads, “Shady XV.”

No word if the project will feature brand new music or if its a re-release of the original album, which dropped on Feb. 23, 1999.

If it’s true, then the ‘Shady XV’ album should hit stores on Nov. 28, which is the start of the Christmas shopping season.

In the meantime, Eminem’s single ‘Guts Over Fear‘ featuring Sia will be available on iTunes on Monday (Aug. 25). The movie ‘The Equalizer‘ will open in theaters on Sept. 26.

Michael Chang x Reebok Insta Pump Fury

Suppa

The Reebok Insta Pump Fury absolutely refuses to be still this year and keeps it moving with yet another colorway. This time they’ve let pro tennis legend Michael Chang in on the act by way of colorway.

The simple homage to Chang comes in the form of a white leather upper with neon and teal accents which is instantly relatable to the Reebok Court Victory Pump that he is associated with. It’s already got lightweight covered but suede and mesh keeps this model breathable as well.

These are available now at select Reebok retailers including Suppa but hopefully they will find their way to your U.S. retailers as well.

Suge Knight Shot at Chris Brown-Hosted Pre-VMA Party [VIDEO]

From snake bites to stage fumbles, there has been plenty of drama surrounding the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards…and the show hasn’t even started yet. The latest incident involves Suge Knight who was shot during a pre-VMA party at 10AK nightclub in Los Angeles on early Sunday (Aug. 23).

According to TMZ, the former rap mogul was shot multiple times — once in the stomach and arm and other places — by an unknown assailant.

Surprisingly, Knight walked outside of the club on his own volition and was transported to a local hospital. He was then quickly rushed into surgery. Family members have told TMZ that Knight is currently in the ICU and is expected to recover.

According to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, two men and a woman were also shot in the incident. “They were transported to local hospitals and they are expected to recover,” a police rep told People.

There were various celebrities in attendance at the Chris Brown-hosted party including Justin Bieber and model Tyson Beckford.

Prior to the shooting, rapper Game and his entourage got into a skirmish with the club’s security guards after the rapper was denied entry into the party.

On Sunday (Aug. 24), Brown went on Twitter to denounce the violence that occurred at the event.

Ironically, this is the second time Knight has been shot during a pre-VMA party. In 2008 Knight was shot in the leg at a Kanye West-hosted Pre-VMA event in Miami Beach, Fla.

It’s safe to say that Knight should avoid these pre-VMA shindigs for health reasons. Nevertheless, we wish him a speedy recovery.

Eminem and Rihanna Accept ALS Ice Bucket Challenge in Detroit [VIDEO]

Eminem and Rihanna made a big splash at the final concert date of their Monster Tour on Saturday night (Aug. 23). The dynamic duo decided to participate in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge at Comerica Park in Em’s hometown of Detroit.

As the show was about to end, hype-man Denaun “Mr.” Porter reminded Em that he had to do the ice bucket challenge after being called out by his mentor Dr. Dre.

Although he was hesitant at first, the Motor City rhymer obliged “Mr.” Porter. Em sat firmly in his chair and Rihanna joyously doused him with ice-cold water.

“If this wasn’t for charity, I would be so f—ing mad right now,” said Em as he tried to shake off the shock of freezing water hitting his body.

But it wasn’t over yet.

“Mr.” Porter and Em set their sights on Rihanna and told her that she had to do the challenge as well.

“Detroit, what you think? Should I do it? I’m from the islands; I don’t do this ice s—! This ice s— doesn’t work for me,” she asked the crowd.

Sorry Ri-Ri, you are in Detroit and you are about to get wet.

As the band played Vanilla Ice’s ‘Ice, Ice Baby,’ The Bajan singer sat in the chair and received a huge bucket pot of ice-cold water.

And like the trooper that she is, Rihanna enjoyed her cold bath.

Oh, and “Mr.” Porter, got dumped with water as well.

Afterward, Eminem nominated ‘Berzerk’ producer Rick Rubin to do the watery challenge.

Eminem and Rihanna are the latest celebrities to get involved in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. Artists Drake, Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, Jennifer Lopez, Tinashe, Tyga, Justin Timberlake, Katy Perry, G-Unit and many others have performed the challenge.

However, we must mentioned that rapper Tech N9ne took the Ice Bucket Challenge to the next level by getting dumped with six buckets of ice-cold water and jumping in a pool of ice water. What a guy!

Watch Eminem and Rihanna get all wet for a good cause.
