In an interview with Philly radio station's Shamara and Laiya August Alisina talked about his issues with Trey Songz.

Since revealing to Rap-Up about the beef with Trey, Alsina claims that the singer tried to cancel an interview Alsina had in Trey's hometown.

"First of all I was doing an interview and I heard something that I didn't like," he said. "I don't have a problem with no body. The word "beef" we not goin do that [be]cause n**** die when n****beef. My n**** always say 'you are better off fighting AIDS or Cancer before you beef with me and my n**** and that's just what it is. I be playing it cool with n**** but when you tell someone something to try and take away from my money and that's [how] I feed my family then it becomes personal. Like don't call the radio station and tell nobody 'please don't let him do an interview because blah blah'. I would never do that to the next man because this how we feed our family. I don't be on no petty shit like that man but if that's what you really want then you need to come see me and make sure I don't get in that motherf***a."

In the past the two worked on the remix to Alsina's hit song "l Luv This S***"" wtih Chris Brown. When asked if he should respect Trey because of their similarities in R&B, Alsina blatantly said, "Fu** No."

Benzino Shot Multiple Times, In Stable Condition (@iambenzino)

According to TMZ, Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star and former owner of The Source Magazine Benzino was shot three times earlier today while attending his mother's funeral in Boston, MA. He was rushed to the hospital and is currently in critical condition.

Allegedly, while driving away from the funeral as a part of the procession, Benzino's own nephew opened fire, hitting his uncle three times. It is reported that the shooting happened after a heated family argument erupted in the funeral procession.

TMZ reports that the rest of the family continued with the funeral. The reverend is reported to have said that both the limo and hearse were blood stained, though that statement has not yet been verified.

Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy Cruz released the following statement:

"The incident was between two vehicles whose occupants knew each other. The driver of a Bentley shot the driver of a red Dodge SUV, who exited his car and was taken to the Duxbury police station by a passerby. The injured red Dodge SUV driver, who officials say was in his 40s, was then transported by ambulance to the hospital. The Bentley driver has been arrested and will be arraigned Monday on a charge of armed assault with intent to murder."

UPDATE: VladTV has just learned that Benzino is now in stable condition and is expected to survive. His 36-year-old nephew, Gai Scott has been officially charged in the shooting.

Birdman Says Carter V Will Drop Before Nicki's Pinkprint LP (@LilTunechi @nickiminaj)

Young Money's top artists Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne have fans on their toes with news of new albums. In an interview with Billboard, Birdman confirmed that Wayne's Carter V will be released before Nicki's Pinkprint LP.

Lil Wayne's manager Cortez Bryant also announced this week that Lil Wayne's album will not be drop on the rumored May 5 release date. Birdman shared little details on the Wayne's album, but did praise Nicki on what he calls her best album yet.

"She's coming confident and hard," he said. "We expect for this to be one of the biggest [albums] from her. It's more rap. She's definitely coming this year.She hasn't picked a date yet. What she did for Young Money is totally different then what she's doing for her album. She's more girly-er. 'Tha Carter V' will definitely come before Nicki's [album]."

A woman who became the unfortunate star of a video shot backstage at a 2 Chainz show in which she's depicted as a thirsty groupie took to Instagram to plead with people not to judge her until she can tell her side of the story.

"Thank you to all my supporters and everyone that has my back, especially friends and family that truly know me! There are three sides to every story... My side, his edited video version, and the truth. My story will come out soon. Until then don't judge me until you know me," wrote the woman, who goes by Tina Love, on her Instagram.

Mom Accused Of Killing Her Son Because She Believed He Was Gay

An Oregon mother of two is standing trial after allegedly beating her son to the death because she thought he was gay.

According to Newser, Jessica Dutro would punish her 4-year-old son Zachary by giving him and his 8-year-old sister "lickings." Dutro sent several Facebook messages before her son's death to her boyfriend claiming that her son was turning gay. "He walks and talks like it Ugh" said one messages. She also said that her and boyfriend would have to "work on" her son.

In August 2012 after her son refused to listen to her, Dutro along with her boyfriend hit him and punched him until his bowels allegedly ripped open. The child was sent to the hospital and died two days later.

Her boyfriend Brian Canaday has already pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter and second-degree assault.

Rapper Wiz Khalifa is enjoying his favorite pastime on his new song ‘Ziplocc’ (Weedmix). On the mid-tempo trap banger the Taylor Gang leader raps about what he knows best — smoking weed.

The kush king raps, “Steady flexin’ on these children like I’m Willie Nelson / No discretion / Comes to drugs, I got a big selection…yes.” The chorus goes, “28 grams in a ziplock / It ain’t nothing to get that zip off.”

For the uninitiated, 28 grams equals an ounce of weed, which is often called a zip. So yeah, Wiz smokes a lot.

This sounds like a throwaway track so we don’t expect it to appear on any new album. However, Wiz is working on his next studio effort titled ‘Blacc Hollywood.’

Aside from his latest single, ‘We Dem Boys,’ the collection will also feature duets with pop stars Miley Cyrus and Adele.

J.Lo Is Open To Working With Murda Inc. Again (@jlo @irvgotti187)

After spawning two remixes for Jennifer Lopez that rose to the top of the charts in the early 2000's, Irv Gotti has said in recent interviews that he would love to work with J.Lo again. It looks like the feeling is mutual.

In an interview with VIBE, J.Lo talked about her new album, her collaboration with French Montana and how she would love to work with Murda Inc. again.

"I would for sure! Absolutely," she said. "I've had such great success with them, and it was a moment in time, like you said. For those that were like in high school at the time, and it defined an era of artists collaborating in that way. Pop artists with rappers. It was a time that it was all happening and it was great to be able to that with them. The moment of the remix."

She also talked about how Nelly's video for "Hot In Heere" inspired her talked about "I Luh Ya Papi" video with French Montana.

"[Director Jessy Terrero said] You should be surrounded by all these guys and they are all surrounded by girls and babies, too," she said. "It made all of us smile to think about it, and of course made us laugh. I told him let's just go for it and he was thinking of all the classic shots. It's so funny because I was watching VH1's 100 sexiest videos and "Hot in Here" came on."

Lopez says that she wanted to gimmick the same tendencies done in hip-hop videos.

"There was a shot of the girls walking away with their butts [sticking out]. And that's what we were trying to do. Poke fun, but at the same time make a beautiful video. But poke fun at how women have been treated in these music videos. And, why can't we do that? We're in a moment of women empowerment."

Chief Keef Out of Police Custody, Funding Slain Infant's Funeral

It’s business as usual for Chief Keef. The Chicago rhymer is out of police custody following a shooting at his manager’s home.

If you don’t know, Keef was placed in police custody after a person was shot at his manager’s mansion. According to reports, Keef drove the victim to a local hospital where he is listed in stable condition. At this point, no one has been arrested for the incident and Keef’s attorney insist the rapper wasn’t the shooter.

On his Instagram page, the ‘I Don’t Like’ rapper posted photos of what appears to be apparel from a proposed clothing line he is creating. Then he posted a 15-second clip of him shooting a video for his latest single, ‘Close That Door.’

But even more touching is Keef’s announcement that he will be paying for the funeral of Jakariah Patterson.

The two-year-old child was found dead earlier this month by authorities. According to the Chicago Tribune, Patterson was killed allegedly by her father, Jeremiah L. Thompson.

The father was charged for murder and is in custody pending trial. Police says that Thompson killed Patterson because she soiled herself while she was in his care. The young girl is not potty trained.

Keef went on the picture-sharing website to announced that he will cover the cost of the infant’s funeral.

“RIP TO JAKARIAH PATTERSON BEAT TO DEATH BY. TELL THE NEWS TO REPORT THIS IM PAYING FOR THE FUNERAL,” he wrote.

The tragic news hits home for Keef as he’s a father of a young daughter named Kayden Kash Cozart, whom he affectionately calls “Kay Kay.”

Despite all of his past legal problems, we have to remind ourselves that Chief Keef is not a bad guy after all.

After reports surfaced that Kanye wanted to buy his fiance Kim Kardashian a few Burger King chains in Europe as a wedding gift, the company wants to return the favor by catering the wedding.

According to SOHH, a statement Burger King was released with the company willing to help out in the wedding.

"Burger King Corp. is familiar with the recent news stories regarding Kanye West and Kim Kardashian," the statement reads. "We are unaware of any purchase of Burger King restaurants made by either Mr. West or Ms. Kardashian, but we're available to cater the wedding!"

Joe Budden Under Fire for Posting Anti-Sikh Photo on Instagram

Rapper Joe Budden is known for cracking jokes on social media. But his latest joke has landed him in hot water with his Twitter followers.

On Friday (March 28), Twitter user Fateh Singh posted a photo (spotted by HuffPost) that appeared on Budden’s Instagram account of a Sikh man going through airport security. “Not on my watch Homeboy!” read the picture’s caption.

For Sikhs, who wear turbans and beards as part of their religion, they are often misidentified as Muslim. Add a mix of Islamophobia and ignorance and it creates unwarranted bigotry and hatred.

Many fans were upset over Budden’s photo and they expressed their outrage on Twitter.

“F— u @JoeBudden your a clown …u just lost a follower and my respect,” wrote one follower, while another tweeted, “[Joe Budden] fails to understand that “stereotypical terrorist” jokes have gotten innocent sikhs killed, post 9/11, purely off of ignorance.”

However, one Twitter user, Jaskaran Dhanoa tweeted Budden directly and the two had a meaningful dialogue about the photo and how demeaning it is to Sikhs in general.

The Slaughterhouse rapper did take down the photo from his Instagram account. On Saturday (March 29), Budden tweeted an apology to those who were offended by his Instagram post.

Fan From #IsThisYoThot Video To Sue 2 Chainz (@2chainz)

Tina, or 'LuvTinaa' as she is known on her Instagram page, is taking rapper 2 Chainz and his artist Cap 1 for slandering her name in a blog video for #IsThisYoThot.

The debacle began when Tina was mistaken for someone else as she went to meet the rapper backstage after a show. Tina stayed backstage for a few minutes before being asked to leave. After being called a thot (that h** over there) she didn't seem to be offended as she gave the cameras her Instagram name. The rapper has deleted the video, but others have picked it up and it continues to gain views.

The young lady is now suing the rapper after she and her lawyer turned down a settlement rumored to be between $50,000 to $100,000. Tina has posted several photos on her Instagram page, claiming that she is going forward with the lawsuit.

"For the record I'm not a thot, I reset my account because I had family on it. Tauheed Epps aka 2 chainz you will definitely be hearing from my lawyer."

She also threw jabs at the rapper. "See you in court dudley the dragon lookin ass @hairweavekiller"

I looks like Bay Area rapper AP.9 is back and has a bone to pick with Charlamagne Tha God.

When Coco stopped by the Breakfast Club this week she talked about her new pleasure line and new ventures with her husband Ice T.

The rapper reposted a picture on Instagram of Charlemagne and the crew after the interview and threatened to come after him because he called him a "fake ass rapper." While no one mentioned the rapper in the interview, Charlamagne responded to the post and said, "When did I exactly call you a fake ass rapper? Your name didn't come up once in this interview. You've been misinformed."

Charlamagne Tha God and the rest of the crew alluded to past cheating rumors when asking the reality star on how she keeps her marriage strong. Back in 2013, Bay Area rapper AP. 9 claimed he had an affair with Coco during her stint in Vegas.

Lil Boosie's Neighbors Upset Over His Loud House Party [VIDEO]

Lil Boosie is a freed man and he’s already causing a stir in his New Orleans community. Neighbors in the rapper’s upscale subdivision are upset over his loud house party he hosted last weekend and now they are complaining.

According to WGNO News, Boosie hosted a party for his mother’s 60th birthday on March 22 and as you would expect, the ‘Wipe Me Down’ rapper invited family and friends. Apparently, the gathering was too loud for neighbors and they are worried that Boosie will bring more ruckus to their exclusive community.

Boosie just moved into the private, gated-community where he’s renting a home once owned by Birdman.

Boosie’s mother, Connie Hatch, admitted that several parties were held over the weekend but nothing unusual.

“It was just a small family gathering,” she told WGNO News. “We’re in this neighborhood just like everybody else, you understand. Just like everybody else have parties. We have parties too.”

“I just feel like we were being singled out and we have to be fair,” she added.

WGNO New has discovered that neighbors complained about minor parking violations and noise. The community’s association board plans to issue a warning to Boosie first before filing notices against him.

“Well, if that’s what they want to do that’s fine, but let’s be fair, let’s be fair, you know,” Hatch tells WGNO News.

However, a few neighbors in the community believe that other people are being too judgmental on the rapper.

“I’m disappointed I wasn’t invited,” jokes Boosie’s neighbor Joani Ventrella. “A lot of people make the mistake of judging people before they know him and that’s probably what’s happening here. They probably heard who he is and go, ‘Oh god we got rapper in the neighborhood.’ I think if people got to know him maybe they’d feel differently.”

Lil Boosie’s manager had no comment on the matter.
