Rihanna Is Latest Victim in Celebrity Nude Photos Leak
The Fappening — the immature euphemism for what’s essentially a sex crime — continues with more celebrities becoming victims of leaked nude photos. Kim Kardashian, Gabrielle Union and Meagan Good have all been caught up in this invasion of privacy and now so is Rihanna.
A hacker leaked two of Rihanna’s nudes early on Sunday morning, three weeks after the first strain featuring Jennifer Lawrence leaked. Good posted her response to the violation on Instagram, but Rihanna’s party didn’t respond to TMZ when asked for a comment. The images of the Bajan chanteuse were posted to 4chan/Reddit — one was a censored version of her breasts while the other photo showcased her bare derriere and slight nipple.
Despite her status, Rihanna’s leaks didn’t shock the world, which differs from the many Twitter reactions from the other celebrities’ nudes. This is partly because the songstress is known for showing skin and shedding clothes for countless photos shoots and magazine covers. Earlier this year, she posed topless for the cover of Lui, a French adult entertainment magazine.
50 Cent's Courthouse Visit Causes Big Trouble for Florida Police Officers
Cops are usually focused on the job, but when it comes to their favorite artists, they can easily slip into fan mode. Three Palm Beach, Fla., police officers did just that when 50 Cent rolled into town.
The G-Unit boss was at the county courthouse appealing an arbitrator’s decision that he had to pay Sleek Audio $16 million in a civil court case. As 50 walked through the courthouse, throngs of people approached him asking to take photos, which was caught on camera by The Palm Beach Post.
Towards the end of the footage, two female police officers — deputies Pamela Gibbs and Yvane Moreland — walk on either side of the rapper. One puts her arm around his waist while the other has her hand on his back. Both women are smiling and laughing along with Fif during their stroll down the hallway. As a result, the cops received “verbal counseling” for behavior described as “unprofessional.”
Another officer, Sgt. Craig Laufer apparently put himself in a position to obtain a photograph with the ‘Before I Self Destruct’ creator, which caused him to be reprimanded as well.
“All parties involved placed themselves in a position of disadvantage by taking on a laize-faire attitude, due to Mr. Jackson’s singing background,” wrote the officer’s supervisor in a report. “Thus neglecting their assigned duties to their position. It should be noted all deputies involved were in their class ‘B’ uniform, thus giving a poor perspective and lack of neutrality on behalf of the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.”
Singing background? Looks like someone needs to bring the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office up to speed on 50 Cent’s career as a rapper.
Jessie J Teams Up with 2 Chainz on Fiery Track 'Burnin' Up'
Jessie J is on fire. After releasing her chart-topping tune ‘Bang Bang,’ the pop singer is keep it hot with her latest single, ‘Burnin’ Up’ featuring 2 Chainz.
On the tribal-influenced dance track, produced by Wallpaper and Axident, Jessie J uses her robust vocals to declare that her new lover makes her so hot.
“So baby, sex / Drippin’ in sweat / I’m losin’ my breath / Look what I’ve found / It’s about to go down / I want it right now,” she sings.
Then in the chorus, she adds, “Walkin’ through the fire / Please don’t let me go / Take me to the river / I need you to know I’m burnin’ up!”
Deuce comes through with a smoking verse to add more fuel to the already fiery song.
“Roof on fire we’re burnin’ up / Turn it off for what? Turn up!” he raps, adding, “Walk in the club and her ass start clappin’ / Tell shorty, ‘I want an encore.’”
Earlier today (Sept. 22), Jessie J revealed to her fans that she already shot a video for ‘Burnin’ Up.’ Judging by the heart emoticons in her tweet, she definitely approves of the visual.
Meanwhile, Jessie J’s third album, ‘Sweet Talker,’ is set to arrive in stores on Oct. 14. The collection boasts production assists from Max Martin, The-Dream, Diplo, De La Soul(!) and others.

Keyshia Cole Takes Aim at Birdman With Subliminal Messages on Instagram
Whenever an artist gets in some sort of trouble, they usually do one of two things: remain quiet and let their lawyer do the talking or address the situation through social media.
Keyshia Cole did the latter (somewhat) on Instagram, just three days after she was arrested for assaulting Sabrina Mercadel, a Cash Money Records employee, inside Birdman’s condo. The Cash Money CEO is rumored to be Cole’s boyfriend. The singer apparently thought Mercadel was romantically involved with him, which lead to the attack.
In two separate posts, one of which has been deleted, the Oakland, Calif., native alluded to the fact that Birdman did her wrong in some way.
“And finally you realize… you can’t force ‘it’ to be something. You can’t force consistency, loyalty, or even honesty… You can’t force them to keep their word, or to communicate, or to realize something special is in front of them,” reads the deleted photo.
“Man, love is a m—-f—-,” she wrote on another.
The ‘Point of No Return’ creator didn’t mention any names but after assaulting a woman she thought to be sleeping with Birdman, it doesn’t take a genius to figure out who those words are aimed at.
XXL Magazine Acquired by Townsquare Media
After 17 years of delivering “hip-hop on a higher level,” XXL magazine will cease it’s print edition next month. According to the New York Post, the publication has been acquired by media and entertainment company Townsquare Media (The Boombox’s parent company). Townsquare has also acquired lifestyle website Antenna and men’s magazine King as part of the deal.
Townsquare Media’s Executive Vice President and Chief Content & Digital Officer Bill Wilson told the newspaper that 11 members of the editorial and digital sales team will be offered positions with the diverse media company. Wilson is the former president of AOL Media and last year Townsquare purchased some of the now-defunct AOL Music’s brands, including Noisecreep, a heavy metal website; The Boot, a country music website, Comics Alliance and The Boombox.
Although XXL’s print version maybe shutting down, Wilson believes that the brand could increase its visibility in the live events space. “We think XXL has strong potential in both the digital and live events market,” he said.
The news comes as Vibe magazine ceased its print operation, however, the publication will live on in the digital world.
The current issue of XXL magazine features Lil Wayne on the cover. There’s no word on who will appear on the cover of the mag’s final issue.

Nike Air Flight 89 'Gym Red'
Red has always been a hot color for kicks but you’ve gotta admit that Yeezy season helped raise the temperature even higher. It’s also argued that he helped popularize the Nike Air Flight 89 a few years ago so seeing a Gym Red version of the silhouette feels slightly influenced.
The upper on this colorway of the Nike Air Flight 89 is dipped in Gym Red suede and with black piping it easily sets itself apart from the rest of its releases. Another cool accent is the cement midsole which feels like a direct callback to the Air Jordan 4 especially seeing as how they share the same outsole.
These may or may not be an ode to Yeezy who sang his swan song for Nike with a pair of Red October sneakers but it’s probably just another fresh colorway of an even fresher shoe. Look for them to land at retailers this fall.

Mary J. Blige Sings of Seasonal Heartbreak on 'Whole Damn Year'
No one can sing heartbreak and pain like Mary J. Blige. On Monday (Sept. 22), the Queen of Hip-Hop Soul released a powerful ballad called ‘Whole Damn Year.’ The song is from Blige’s upcoming album, ‘The London Sessions,’ which is due Dec. 2 on Capitol Records.
Penned by British songbird Emeli Sande, ‘Whole Damn Near’ features Blige sharing her seasonal pains after a tumultuous breakup.
“Winter took most of my heart / Spring punch right in the stomach / Summer came looking for blood / And by autumn I was left with nothing,” she sings over a sorrowful piano groove.
Blige later adds, “It took a whole damn year to repair my body / It’s been a bad five years / Gone take a long, long year for me to trust somebody.”
The ‘Right Now’ singer spent most of the summer working on the ‘London Sessions’ project with producers Disclosure, Sam Smith, ‘Jimmy’ Napes, Naughty Boy and Sam Romans in London.
“It’s all about the London Music scene and I’m so excited to have been part of it, to record my album,” Blige said in a statement. “The songs are fun, therapeutic and soulful.”
In the meantime, you can catch Mary J. Blige performing songs from the album at the iTunes Festival in London on Sept. 25 at 4PM ET.
