Congratulations are in order for Tank and his longtime girlfriend, Zena Foster. The couple welcomed a baby boy, Zion, on Jan. 1.
Coincidentally, Zion was born on the same day as the R&B crooner, who celebrated his 39th birthday.
The doting dad went on Instagram Friday morning (Jan. 2) to celebrate the birth of his new baby.
I’ll teach you how to be a good boy. I’ll teach you how to be a respectful young man. I’ll teach how to be a respected man,” he wrote. “I pray all my teachings help you become an even better father than I am.. I love you Zion..”
Tank also posted a video, thanking his supporters for sending positive energy during baby Zion’s arrival into the world. In the clip, the ‘Stronger’ creator gets teary-eyed as he listens to his son crying in the background.
“We did it. Thank you for all of your prayers,” he said to his followers.
