During a recent visit to The Ellen Show, Kevin Hart recalled a phone call he had with troubled pop star Justin Bieber.
"Justin's a teenager. I called him and told him, I said 'look -- when I was a teenager I did stupid stuff too. That's what you're supposed to do as a teenager. The job is to learn from the stupid mistakes that you made," the comedian told Ellen.
Hart went on to admit that if he had had Bieber's money at that age, he would have done wild and ridiculous things as well.
On a recent appearance on Aresenio Hall, Gabrielle Union talked about her new show Being Mary Jane, her wedding, and why she wants to get a prenup this time around.
After being previously married to NBA player Chris Howard, she realized that her next marriage would require a prenup.
"When you have your own stuff, you don't have to worry with anyone else's stuff," she says. "The reality is that I've never seen Dwayne balance a checkbook, so I gotta protect my stuff."
Despite catching a gun possession charge in L.A. just last month, Soulja Boy isn't deviating from his lane one bit. The Atlanta rapper has been Instagramming several photos depicting his love of lean, specifically Actavis, the same brand loved by Justin Bieber.
According to TMZ, a large bottle of Activis costs around $800 on the street.

A stripper who posed for pictures with Katy Perry and then shared them online has been fired, TMZ reports.
Higher-ups from the Spearmint Rhino's corporate offices paid a visit to the Santa Barbara location earlier this week and fired the woman, who's stripper name is Cassidy, in front of all the other girls.
Cassidy was working the club on Super Bowl night, when Perry and boyfriend John Mayer dropped in to party it up.
The 23-year-old woman apparently broke the club's "no cameras" rule by snapping photos and then making them public.

Rumors have been swirling for weeks now that there's trouble in paradise for T.I. and Tiny, and the speculation has only been fueled by multiple IG comments made by both Tip and his wife that could be seen as subliminal shots at each other.
While not indicative of trouble in the marriage, T.I. recently left a message for his wife on Instagram concerning the series of photos she posted showcasing her backside. While he's not outright scolding her, it seems apparent the Atlanta rapper isn't thrilled with the photos being put out there for the world to see.

Remember when Kanye West proposed to Kim Kardashian last fall at San Francisco, Calif.’s AT&T Park? Well, E! Television will relive that romantic moment on a special episode of ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ this Sunday (Feb. 16).
The network posted a two-minute trailer which shows Kim and Yeezy arriving at the ballpark and walking onto the baseball field. At the scene, a 50-piece orchestra played Lana Del Rey’s ‘Young and Beautiful’ and Keri Hilson’s song ‘Knock You Down’ for the superstar couple. Afterward, ‘Ye got on bended knee and proposed with a 15-carat diamond ring.
What’s special about this episode is that you will see the Kardashian siblings narrate the actual proposal from beginning to end and feel their immediate reactions.
“I didn’t know this was real life,” said a stunned Khole who witnessed the magical event. “This is a movie.”
The ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ ‘Proposal’ episode will air on E! Television on Sunday night at 9PM ET.
Drake Bell, the former star of the Nickelodeon hit show "Drake & Josh," has filed for bankruptcy, reports TMZ.
Bell, 26, filed documents claiming he's $581,000 in debt. The actor and musician says he has an income of just $2,820 a month, but his expenses come to $18,771.
Bell claims he pulled in $408,000 in 2012, but only $14,099 the following year. He also reportedly owes quite a bit of money to the IRS.

With news of Lil Kim‘s new pregnancy sweeping hip-hop, fans have been wondering about the next logical question: Who is Kim’s baby daddy? Wonder no more. Thanks to social media, the father of Kim’s baby appears to be Bronx rapper Papers.
“I heard everybody looking for me ?????????????????: he asked on Twitter today. Bossip shares that the rapper, who has changed his Twitter name to “Daddy,” has been seeing Kim for some time. “My partna in Krime,” he tweeted seven months ago with a photo of himself embracing Kim.
Kim also has several flicks with Papers on her social media. One recent photo seems to have been taken at a club and is captioned “Mr. and Mrs. @mr_papers” from six months ago.
Kim famously dated the late Notorious B.I.G. and producer Scott Storch.
Chris Brown might be spending his days in rehab, but that doesn’t mean the new music has come to a halt. While we wait for his upcoming album, ‘X,’ to arrive, Breezy joins actor and singer Asher Monroe in his new video for ‘Memory.’
Directed by Brown himself, the electro-pop video presents a few key elements — lots of lasers, some hot girls and the two artists dancing and singing along. Sure, there isn’t much of a story line, but the video is lighthearted and fun and brings us back to the times when Breezy was once the sweet kid we knew him to be

Kid Cudi promised that his upcoming album, ‘Satellite Flight: The Journey to the Mother Moon,’ will be dropping this month. And although he has yet to reveal an exact release date, he has shared the LP’s cover art and tracklist via Twitter today (Feb. 13).
Not only is Cudi excited about the new album, but he also really worked on every aspect of the project. The Ohio native revealed that he designed the cover for ‘Satellite Flight.’
Designing his own album covers isn’t really new for the 30-year-old entertainer. He created the artwork for his ‘Indicud’ album, which was an image of a ball of flames in a rose gold frame.
Although he’s revealed the list of songs for ‘Satellite Flight,’ Cudi explains that this is just for the digital release. He will also be putting out physical copies of the album, which will include more tracks.
“This is just the digital release track listing. New jams will be added for the physical, kind of like a extended “Directors Cut”! yahm,” he also tweeted.
While doing promo for his upcoming movie, ‘Need for Speed,’ Cudi told MTV News that this album is “my best work yet.”

Canadian authorities are searching for a man who made an illegal base jump from a gondola cabin at the popular Whistler Blackcomb ski resort in British Columbia.
The daredevil, decked out in a helmet cam, forced open the doors of the car before making a 1,500-foot leap in a tribute to extreme skier Shane McConkey, who jumped from the same gondola when it first opened. McConkey was killed in 2009 when his parachute failed to open during a 2,000-foot cliff jump in Northern Italy.
Police tried to arrest the man after he jumped last Thursday, but he successfully evaded them.
Whistler Blackcomb spokesperson Michelle Leroux said the incident happened on February 6 at around 3:45pm.
"A Whistler Blackcomb patroller and RCMP travelled to the landing zone with the intent to arrest the individual, who was not apprehended despite an extensive search,’ she told the Province.
In addition to the illegal jump, the unidentified man caused $10,000 worth of damage to the gondola by forcing open the doors.
The woman in the video told authorities she didn't know the man and was "just sightseeing."
The action starts around the 1:50 mark.

The posthumous, unreleased Tupac Shakur gems continue to hit the Internet. The latest one comes courtesy of Angie Martinez. The Hot 97 radio personality will discuss a previously unreleased interview with the lauded rapper today (Feb. 13) at some point during her 3PM radio show, which is live on Ustream.
Martinez sat down with MTV News staple Sway Calloway to share the story behind her first big interview with ‘Pac. She flew out to the West Coast to interview Shakur during the famed East Coast vs. West Coast war and what she got was an intense conversation. So intense that she couldn’t air the entire interview on the radio. “I was literally afraid that someone would die,” Martinez says. “I thought that I would be making a bad situation worse.”
The interview was at least two hours long, but Martinez only aired about 5-10 minutes of it. She saw Shakur at the MTV Video Music Awards the day after she aired it and had to address why she cut out a majority of their talk.
“I said, ‘I’m really sorry I couldn’t air the whole thing. I just personally couldn’t sleep at night if I did that,” Martinez reveals. Shakur was cool about it and said he understood.
The unreleased interviews will be the first of her Throwback Thursday series, which will focus on her classic interviews. The interviews will be on her new site, The Angie Review.
Ever get lost in your own head? Well, singer Lorine Chia shows us what it would be to like to witness a confused brain at work in her latest visual for ‘Lost In My Mind,’ a song featured on her ‘Naked Truths’ album. The Boombox has the exclusive premiere of the video.
Set in her hometown of Cleveland, the effort details a warped version of Lorine going through her day. Walking through the mall or through the city, you start to see technicolor filters, double visions of the singer and even wid- angle shots that make you feel like your mind is starting to warp itself.
“I’m lost in my mind / It seems I can’t find peace / Stuck on rewind / I feel like I’m not at ease,” she sings on the chorus.
The Frisson Media-directed clip also finds Chia blowing out a large set of candles and engaging in activities backwards compared to what’s happening in real time. In the end, the songstress takes control of the chaos and destroys her piano with a sledgehammer, leaving it in pieces.
This year is looking to be a big one for Lorine Chia. In addition to appearing in The Fader’s 90th issue in the section guest edited by Rookie Magazine, she also lands on The Boombox’s list of 15 R&B Artists to Watch in 2014.

Tyrese found himself in a domestic squabble with his ex-wife in Los Angeles Tuesday (Feb. 11). The singer was at Norma Gibson’s house to pick their 6-year-old daughter, Shayla, but was denied.
According to TMZ, Norma didn’t want to let the child go with Tyrese because she was sick. Police had to be called to the residence where they spoke to the ‘Fast & Furious’ actor and, subsequently, he left without his daughter.
Tyrese’s publicist confirmed that he was denied visitation with his daughter, but had a different spin on what really happened.
“Norma Gibson, Tyrese’s ex-wife, denied him a court custodial order with their daughter Shayla on Feb. 11, 2014,” the rep said in a statement to Us Weekly. “Tyrese arrived to pick up Shayla and was denied access by her mother. Mr. Gibson called the police to the scene, and Mrs. Gibson called TMZ.”
“Sadly, this is not the first time this has happened,” the rep added. “This has been an ongoing saga.”
TMZ adds that Tyrese plans to go back to court and ask the judge to hold Norma in contempt and throw her in jail for violating the custody order.
Meanwhile, Tyrese has a special gift for his 6-year-old daughter once he’s able to see her again. Watch the video below.
Beyonce made sure her Destiny's Child sister Kelly Rowland had a special birthday, as she threw the "Kisses Down Low" singer a "Liquid Fondue"-themed bash. Kelly turned 33, and Bey wanted to make the occasion special, serving a luxurious meal of chicken breast, filet mignon, crab ravioli, and tempura with the sauces creole mustard, teriyaki, horseradish cream and coconut curry.

As the Incomparable Shakespeare continues to promote his ‘By Any Dreams Necessary’ mixtape, he decided to add his poetic flavor and remixing skills to Jetta’s soaring ballad ‘Feels Like Coming Home.’
For those who don’t know, Jetta is a pop vocalist from London who made waves last year with her bombastic anthem ‘Start a Riot‘ and the piano-driven ‘Feels Like Coming Home.’
On Shake’s remix, the Brooklyn rhymer offers encouraging words to the dreamers searching for a better situation amid the poverty and strife in the ‘hood.
“Nothing in this world worth having will come easily / I know most of y’all could agree with me / Seemingly, life could change from a split second / You could go from poor to having a hit record (real talk),” he raps.
Jetta brings it home (pun intended) on the chorus/bridge singing, “It’s hard for the dreamers / The cities never sleeping / But we’re gonna make it / Although we don’t know how.”

It seems Momma Dee is none too happy with the rumors that her son has been spending time with his ex-girlfriend Shay Johnson behind the back of his current gal Bambi.
Scrappy claimed on his Instagram account that he is staying faithful to Bambi, but it would appear Momma Dee ain't buying it.
The "Love & Hip Hop" matriarch was none too subtle when she tweeted, "when a man shares his self between two women neither one of the women get 100 percent of one man and what a shame."
She followed that with a tweet referencing the massive brawl that erupted last week at Stevie J and Benzino's club opening, where a woman who allegedly got into it with Shay took a vodka bottle to the head.
"when people are bullies day usually get hit in the head with a bottle of Ciroc bottle and in that order," she wrote.

In an interview with Detroit's Hot 107.5, the rapper talked about his return to music, his time as a pastor and his issue with J.Cole.
When asked if he's a fan of the new generation of Hip-Hop, the rapper points out a few favorites like Meek Mill, Drake and Kanye West. He also added that he likes J.Cole when the rapper isn't talking about him.
On his platinum album Born Sinner, the Cole mentions the rapper on the track "Forbidden Fruit." "Cause a nigga poppin' like Harlem in the nine-seven/ way before Mase was a reverend." When Ma$e saw Cole, he thought about slapping him but decided to let it go because 'he's just a kid.'
"Ï like J.Cole when he's not taking shots at me. I saw him one day and I was gonna hit him but I was too grown to be knocking light skin people out."he said."But that's my generation. If we see you and you say something on a record, it's action, but when I saw him I thought he's a kid he don't get it."
The rapper also talks about burying the hatchet with Jim Jones and working on new music.

T-Pain addresses a previous comparison he made concerning Ray J after seeing his sex tape with Kim Kardashian, which led into a conversation about people being homophobic. The "Up Down" rapper believes that "if you aren't gay, then gay things shouldn't bother you."
The conversation then turns to T-Pain's gay assistant, which the rapper says has made other people uncomfortable to approach him in the club or any time they are together. He believes that there is so much homophobia in hip-hop that it stops people from working with talented artists like Frank Ocean, which T-Pain says is "terrible, because they need Frank Ocean on the song." The Florida native adds that he doesn't work with anyone who's homophobic in the business and who cut others off over the way they want to live their lives.

The rap vixen announced the baby news during her appearance at the Blonds Fashion Week after-party in New York on Wednesday (Feb. 12).
The 39-year-old mom-to-be wore a bejeweled black gown with gold stilettos at the event. Kim finished off her ensemble with some major bling on her fingers.
“I’m so excited! I’m a few months along, I can’t wait to be a mom!” she told Us Weekly. “I’m still going to be hardcore. The baby has made me even more of a beast!”
It’s unclear who is the father of Kim’s baby. Recently, she’s been linked to championship boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr., and music producer Scott Storch in 2012.
News of Lil’ Kim’s pregnancy also spread throughout social media once photos of her popped up. Several celebrities sent congratulatory tweets to the Notorious M.O.M.M.Y.
The hip hop world's been buzzing lately over a Rolling Stone interview with Drake in which the Canadian emcee called out Macklemore for his text to Kendrick after winning at the Grammys.
"I was like, 'You won. Why are you posting your text message? Just chill. Take your W, and if you feel you didn't deserve it, go get better — make better music,'" he said. "It felt cheap. It didn't feel genuine. Why do that? Why feel guilt? You think those guys would pay homage to you if they won?"
Turns out that wasn't the most volatile comment made by Drizzy. He went on to criticize Kanye West for some of his lyrics on "Yeezus," while also sending shots at Fabolous.
"There were some real questionable bars on there. Like that "Swaghill" line? Come on, man. Even Fabolous wouldn't say some sh*t like that."
However, in the next breath Drake pays respect to the Chicago rap icon.
"Kanye's the reason why I'm here. I love everything about that guy."
Drake also recalls his time spent with Rihanna:
“She’s the ultimate fantasy. I mean, I think about it. Like ‘Man, that would be good’. We have fun together, she’s cool and sh*t. But we’re just friends, she’s my dog for life. I’m not after p*ssy like I was three years ago, when I was trying to make up for all the years when no girl would talk to me. But I haven’t met somebody that makes everybdy else not matter.”
After the interview went public, Drake took to Twitter to claim he had been misquoted.
"I'm done doing interviews for magazines. I just want to give my music to the people. That's the only way my message gets across accurately," he wrote, before adding in another tweet, "I never commented on Yeezus for my interview portion of Rolling Stone. They also took my cover from me last minute and ran the issue."

Keri Hilson spoke to The Jasmine Brand recently about new music and her plans for Valentine's Day. Rumors seemed to be confirmed a month after Keri and her NBA boyfriend Serge Ibka split. She calls the lovers holiday an interesting one.

George Zimmerman doesn't have to worry about fighting potential boxing competitors DMX and The Game, but he may have started an issue with Lil Durk.
Since the cancellation of the boxing match between the murderer of Trayvon Martin and DMX, another promoter tried to set up another fight which was also cancelled. The 'This Ain't What You Want' rapper got wind of the mess and tweeted a special message to Zimmerman:
"Fuk Zimmerman bring his ass to Chicago add em to the rate" he tweeted.
Over 100,000 people signed petitions to cancel the boxing matches, along with the general public showing the lack of respect that Zimmerman and the boxing promoters have for Trayvon's family.
