Chris Brown Dumps Longtime Girlfriend Karrueche Tran (@chrisbrown)

With rumors of Chris and Riri possibly re-uniting, there is word that Brown has let go of girlfriend Karrueche Tran.

RadarOnline reports:

"Shortly after being released from a Malibu treatment center on Thursday, Brown unfollowed Tran on Twitter. The day before, she had tweeted a picture of herself holding a sign that said 'Treat your girl right.'"

"But Tran seems to be handling the reported split fine. On Thursday afternoon, she tweeted several sexy shots of herself in sheer lingerie. Friday night, she was spotted partying at the OK! magazine pre-Oscar party on the arm of close friend J. Ryan. On Friday, she seemed zen about the whole thing, posting a quote on her Instagram that read, 'Flow with whatever may happen and let your mind be free: Stay centered by accepting whatever you are doing. This is the ultimate.'"

Spike Lee's Former Brooklyn Home Vandalized (@spikelee)

Early last week, film director Spike Lee spoke his mind about gentrification in places like the South Bronx, Harlem and his home borough, Brooklyn.

Lee's controversial comments didn't sit too well with some Brooklynites, and has now resorted in vandalism.

The NY Daily News Reports:

An angry vandal struck Spike Lee's former Fort Greene home on Friday, three days after he caused controversy by saying his old neighborhood looked like the "m—–f—–g Westminster dog show." An at-large tagger hit the 165 Washington Park family home that Lee referenced during his tirade on the changing demographics of Brooklyn, neighbors said. The anemic aerosol artist only wrote half of his famous film title "Do The Right Thing" on the side of the stoop. "I think that Spike needs to stop mentioning the house in his comments," Lee's half-brother Arnold, who lives at the home, told the Daily News. "He can say whatever he wants, but don't mention that."

Also, a neighbor's front door window was broken:

"I'm sure it's directly connected with the remarks he made," vandal victim Dionne Mackenzie said Friday. "I was p—–d as hell."

50 Cent Confronts Steve Stoute at a Knicks Game

Watch what you say! 50 Cent confronted Steve Stoute during a Knicks game at New York’s Madison Square Garden on Friday (Feb. 28). Photos surfaced of the two men in what appears to be in a heated conversation.

50 Cent may have not taken to kindly to Stoute’s unflattering remarks about his career while chatting with Hot 97 DJ Angie Martinez. During their conversation, the former rap manager-turned-advertising executive believed that Fiddy isn’t an influential artist.

“50 hasn’t had a hit in a really long time,” he told Martinez. “He has not made anything musically that has changed anything in a really long time. I feel like he’s always gearing up for something that never happens.”

50, a guy who doesn’t take smack from anyone, was photographed confronting Stoute during the Knicks game against the Golden State Warriors (see above).

Judging by the pics (posted at HipHop-N-More), it looks like the G-Unit leader was making sure he got his point across while Stoute was trying to diffuse the situation and explained himself.

50 and Stoute have history together dating as far back as 2000 when Stoute was running the Urban department at Sony/Columbia Records. After getting shot nine times, 50 was considered a liability and was dropped by the label. Since then, 50 has never been fond of Stoute.

No word on what happened after their confrontation.

On a positive note, Steve Stoute’s informative hip-hop documentary ‘The Tanning of America‘ is currently running on VH1.com.

Stat Quo: I Became Frustrated and Bitter Working on 'Detox' (@statquo)

During a recent interview with HipHopDX, rapper/producer Stat Quo discussed working on "Detox" with Dr. Dre, and detailed his exasperation and worry that his hard work would never see the light of day.

"I just felt like 'Detox' was not going to come out," the Atlanta emcee recalled. "I was writing so much music and doing so much sh*t and my frustration with it not coming out began to effect me and Dre's relationship. I became frustrated to the point where I had become bitter about working."

He also revealed that Interscope boss Jimmy Iovine considered the "Detox" team to be the "greatest practice team of all time," as they were creating so much banging music that quite possibly nobody but them would ever get to enjoy. Stat says it was almost too much to bear.

"I started getting frustrated with it. The mental strain on me and not having my album come out, sh*t started hitting me. I just distanced myself and stopped coming around.”

Stat decided to leave the label and return home to Atlanta, but it he soon got a call from Iovine asking him to return to L.A. and pick up where they left off. The call couldn't have come at a better time, as Stat says he was in a bad way financially. However, it wasn't long before the uncertainty and frustration returned.

“We went to Hawaii to work. Game was working with him. We’re just working and doing all this music and it feels like I came back into the same sh*t I left and we’re just recording new songs everyday. It’s like, ‘Yo, this sh*t is never going to come out. It’s never going to come out. Why am I doing this?’

Moving on, Stat recalled how TDE CEO Top Dawg convinced him to give Dre a call after the two had a bit of a falling out.

"I called [Dre] and I was like, ‘Yo, I just want to tell you I love you. I don’t know if you know it or not.’ He was like, ‘What? Man, come to the studio, man!’ I went to the studio and he’s playing the Jon Connor sh*t and we just caught up.”

Chris Brown has been ordered to stay in a rehab treatment program after doctors discovered that the embattled singer is suffering from bipolar disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder.

In legal documents obtained by E! News, doctors advised that Brown remain under close supervision by a physician to “ensure his bipolar mental health condition remains stable.”

It further states that “Mr. Brown became aggressive and acted out physically due to his untreated mental health disorder, severe sleep deprivation, inappropriate self-medicating and untreated PTSD.”

Based on the doctor’s recommendation, Judge James Brandlin ordered Brown to stay in rehab for two more months despite receiving a positive report from his probation officer.

Breezy appeared in the Los Angeles courtroom with a bushy chin beard and wearing a sliver suit. His mother, Joyce Hawkins, sat next to her son for the entire hearing.

Prosecutors have asked that Brown be sent to jail for violating his probation with his October arrest stemming from an altercation in Washington, D.C.

However, the singer’s attorney, Mark Geragos, have asked the judge to await until the conclusion of that case before hearing evidence on whether his client should be sent to jail.

Brown is due back in court on April 23 for a probation violation hearing.
