The District Attorney in Justin Bieber's egg throwing case doesn't plan on taking it easy on the young star.
According to Global Grind, the D.A in the case is avoiding any kind of "celebrity justice" that may fall through the cracks and also believes that Justin should be charged with a felony or a misdemeanor.
The egging damages have been reported to total $20K but the D.A is looking up the exact amount and how similar cases like Justin's were handled.
The courts have already charged Bieber's pal Lil Za with a felony vandalism for breaking a $400 jail phone.
