Cop Who Shot Man Over Seatbelt Violation to Face Trial in July

Levar Jones of Columbia, South Carolina was stopped for a seat belt violation earlier this year by State Trooper Sean Groubert, and when he tried to present his identification, Jones was shot at by the officer.
