NYC Man Shot 15 Minutes After Being Freed From 15-Year Bid

A 33-year-old man who had just been released after serving 15 long years in prison for charges consisting of criminal sale of a controlled substance, weapons possession, and assault, was shot just 15 minutes after gaining his freedom.
