Kanye West Turns Down $4.5 Million to Perform in Las Vegas

Las Vegas has become an instant cash flow for superstars like Celine Dion, Britney Spears and even Beyonce. But for Kanye West, the Vegas going rates just aren’t enough.

Mr. West reportedly turned down $4.5 million to perform in Las Vegas for a total of nine days. ‘Ye was offered the hefty sum to do three shows per week for three weeks at Axis Planet Hollywood, according to a written offer obtained by TMZ.

If Yeezy performed, he would have brought home a cool $500,000 per show, making him the highest paid act in Vegas, earning more per show than Dion and Spears, who rake in a few racks short of $500,000 per show.

The news of the Chicago MC turning down the $4 million dollar deal comes just days after his wife, Kim Kardashian, was reportedly paid $500,000 to host her own annual birthday party at Tao Las Vegas. If Kardashian was making half a million dollars just to host, then most likely ‘Ye knows he can negotiate a better concert deal for himself.
