Karrine Steffans, also known as "Superhead" has been hanging out a with a few old friends lately. After being seen with Lil Wayne recently, Steffans rolled around Los Angeles with ATL rapper Soulja Boy, and posted a pic and short vid of them cuddled up in the back of a truck together.
