"Basketball Wives" alum Evelyn Lozada has gotten that tight and right body back after giving birth to her son, Leo, just two months ago. She admitted to gaining 42 pounds during pregnancy, yet has somehow already shed 30 of them. She caught up with ABC News to share her weight loss secrets.
"I'm proud of where I'm at so far. My body feels like it's almost back to normal.[...]I also work out three to four times a week. I have been sleep deprived lately and going to the gym can be hectic when you have no time in your schedule. But, on the days that I do have a moment, I do a ton of cardio, weight training — which I love — and hiking."
She also revealed that she's eating much healthier than she used to, having oatmeal and egg whites for breakfast, fish and veggies for lunch, protein shakes, etc., as well as taking the weight loss supplement youthH20.
