Aaron Hernandez Catches Double Homicide Charges in Boston (@AaronHernandez)

Former New England Patriot Aaron Hernandez has been indicted in connection with a double homicide in Boston over the summer of 2012.

Hernandez and another man, Alexander Bradley, were seen entering a Boston Nightclub at about 12:30 am on July 16th, were the two victims, Daniel Jorge Correia de Abreu and Safiro Teixeira Furtado, were also partying that night.

Hernandez & Bradley's moves in the club were not recorded, but police say Hernandez quickly downed two drinks and both of them left after about 10 minutes. Surveillance footage showed the two hopping into a Toyota 4Runner with Hernandez driving and Bradley riding in the passenger seat.

According to the warrant, the victims left the club at 2:10 am, and surveillance shows Hernandez' 4Runner passing by the two men twice as they walked to the parking garage.

Once they left the garage, an SUV pulled up next to them while they were stopped at a traffic light. According to a third man in the car who was shot but survived, right before they sprayed the vehicle he could see someone in the back seat laughing, then several gunshots were fired from the rear passenger seat into the car.

A witness in another car identified the driver as a light-skinned Hispanic man with short dark hair.

Hernandez is currently also on trial for the murder of Odin Lloyd, a semi-pro football player whose body was found near Hernandez's home. He pleaded not guilty and is being held without bail.
