3,000 Former Interns Suing Warner Music Group for Lack of Pay

Following a series of similar lawsuits against record labels and publications, over 3,000 former Warner Music Group interns have just been given the green light to file a class action lawsuit against the label, claiming they blatantly broke the law in terms of overtime pay, minimum wage, and the Fair Labor Standard Act.

WMG could possibly have to pay millions of dollars in back pay to these former workers.
