TMZ recently caught up with French Montana, where they asked him about his recent arrest over Super Bowl weekend, and the rapper couldn't seem happier. French revealed that he was popped for a warrant dating back to 2008 for driving on a suspended license, but said he wasn't worried about anything, because he's "doing great" and has a great lawyer.

Drake Previews New Songs at New York City Nightclub [VIDEO]
Drake offered patrons in a New York City nightclub a treat Monday night (Feb. 3). The Toronto rapper previewed two new tracks as he and French Montana were turning up at Griffin.
One of the songs features the smooth vocals of none other than Aaliyah in addition to some singing from Drake. The song heard in the first clip below sounds very similar to the Aailyah-featured track the rapper previewed last year. It’s possible there’s more stray projects like these from the canceled posthumous Aaliyah album.
The other song is more braggadocios Drake. This effort has the potential to be banger not just because of that beat (although it’s excellent), but also because it’s a Drizzy song and he’s had a perfect batting average these past few months. After all, bachata might be hitting the mainstream thanks to him.
While hearing new Drake songs is always a pleasure, there’s still no word on when that ‘Wu-Tang Forever’ remix will arrive.
Kendrick Lamar Says New Album Will Feature "Dark Tracks" (@kendricklamar)
After the success of Kendrick Lamar's "good kid, m.A.A.d city" album for 2012, the world has been waiting on Kendrick to follow-up big. But little is known about Kendrick's forthcoming sophomore album, other than that he's been working with Scoop DeVille. However, in a recent interview with Vice's iD, Kendrick revealed what the tone of the album might be.
When Kendrick was asked how he was enjoying his visit to the UK, the "Control" rapper admitted to enjoying the gloomy weather, which he says aids in his creative process.
"I love it. Y'all weather's a bit gloomy right now, I like gloomy weather," said K. Dot. "I work best and do most of my album under gloomy weather, so you'll hear a lot of dark tracks in there."
What do you think about Kendrick's next album possibly having a 'dark' undertone? Is that something you'd be looking forward to hearing from K. Dot? Chime in below.

Breast Augmentation Surgery Leaves Woman Brain Damaged
A 19-year-old woman fell into a coma following breast augmentation surgery in August of last year, and today, the young woman is unable to move and speak.
An hour after Linda Perez underwent breast augmentation surgery last year, the then-18-year-old suffered brain damage and slipped into a coma for a few weeks. Six months later, Perez is extremely thin and frail, and her family must take care of her around the clock.
"I'm sick that she can't be like she used to be," said her mother, Mariela Diaz, to the Miami Herald. Diaz says that her daughter has had small "victories" since the surgery, and although doctors say that she may never recover from the brain damage, Diaz and the rest of her family are all holding out hope.
Still, the road has not and will not be easy. Perez is apparently aware of her condition and has fallen into a depression because of what happened to her. "She goes into depression and crying," said Diaz. "She sees that she cannot walk, and when she realizes what happened to her she cries."
The family reportedly plans to file a medical malpractice suit against the cosmetic surgery center where Perez underwent the procedure.

Action Bronson Fights With Security for Smoking Pot on Stage (@ActionBronson)
Action Bronson lit up what looked to be a joint onstage during a show in Portland, Oregon Monday (Feb. 3rd). Unlike Miley Cyrus, however, who lit up during the 2013 MTV EMA awards, Bronson did not come out of the incident completely unscathed.
According to a post by Consequence of Sound, Action Bronson lit up what appeared to be a joint at the end of his show at the Roseland Theater, leading a security guard to intervene. It is reported that the Queens rapper tossed one joint into the crowd and lit a second, which caused the security guard to attempt to restrain the rapper. Bronson then decided to fight back, pushing the guard across the stage. Fans caught the incident on video.

Pusha T: Macklemore Had One of the Best Grinds Ever in Music (@PUSHA_T @macklemore)
Macklemore's Grammy wins are still a topic of discussion, and as with everyone Pusha T was recently asked what he thought on the controversy surrounding Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' wins, which included Best Rap Album and Best New Artist during an interview with Montreality.
Pusha gave props to both Kendrick Lamar, who was seen as a favorite, and Macklemore who has been met with a lot of criticism.
"I look at Kendrick. You know, I look at Jay Z. I look at the nominees. It was a wide spectrum," the Virginia rapper said. "Macklemore, he won as well. People are sort of in an uproar about it. And I just think that's a personal opinion thing. I think Kendrick had the best album to fall within that timeframe, but it's cool. Macklemore won and I think Macklemore had one of the best grinds I think I've ever seen in music, so it's whatever. You can respect it from either way."
Pusha T also offered some details regarding his anticipated "King Push" album, which is due out this year.
"It's in the beginning stages. I been in with Pharrell and Chad," he said. "And people been seeing me—I was in Miami for a little while, so any producer that was down there I'mma try to link up with in between time with The Neptunes. Just see what everybody got, but it's in the beginning stages. And I think everybody's gonna be really happy with this album. I'm really taking my time with it. So, that's the plan, but I'm not forcing any of this music. It has to live up to the title King Push."
