The adidas Originals ZX 9000 is one of those silhouettes that you don’t have to be a runner to appreciate. It’s build represents something greater than its purpose and with the right colorway it achieves perfection.
This particular pair gets it’s “Negative” nickname not from a bad disposition but rather a play on inverting the saturation on one of the original colorways of the model. With a rich maroon, deep blue and eye popping lime lined up it certainly is attention grabbing and that suede and mesh build ultimately only works to make the colors stand out even more.
These are available now at select retailers and in case you were wondering yes, they are at stateside shops like Sneaker Politics. So many times we see these fresh colorways and they are relegated to Europe only releases, it’s great that for once we get some of that love too.
