Tink Performs 'Ratchet Commandments' With Timbaland in Chicago [VIDEO]
If you don’t think Tink, it’s about time you started. The Chicago rhymer is only 19-years-old and is a force to be reckoned with in the music industry. She could give Lauryn Hill, Nicki Minaj and Remy Ma a run for their money.
Before releasing her new song “Ratchet Commandments,” Tink proved that she not only has solid bars but the stage presence to match. She put on a killer show alongside her mentor Timbaland at the Metro in her hometown last weekend performing for the first time, her new single off of her debut album.
In the middle of her set Tink and the crowd of screaming fans welcomed Timbaland to stage. “If you loved the work that I did with Aaliyah, If you loved the work that I did with Missy, then oooooohhh weeee,” Timbaland said before his “Ratchet Commandments” beat dropped.
Immediately Tink transformed, swinging her long, curly locks about as she entertained the audience with dance moves before diving into the opening bars. On the bass-heavy track, which is reminiscent of the Notorious B.I.G.’s “10 Crack Commandments,” Tink showcases her maturity, going against the grain, as she lyrically assassinates “ratchet chicks,” THOTs, hoes and everything in between.
“I been at this thing for years, it’s done turned me to an animal / Some of y’all ratchet, I’ma write you hoes a manual / Step by step G s— for you to keep / This the ratchet commandments, I need a moment to preach,” she rhymes with confidence.
Tink and Timbaland have been making noise all over the airwaves with Tinks’s “Tell the Children,” and the duo’s impromptu remix to Rick Ross and Jay Z’s “Moving Bass,” which had fans debating if her version was better than the original.
If you thought “Ratchet Commandments” was fire, Tink also dropped “Ran Up a Check.” On the road to her debut album, the self-proclaimed feminist will be releasing new gems like the one below periodically.

Reebok Furylite SR Pack
The Reebok Furylite has gone from a forgotten model to having a burst of new releases in 2015. Don’t let FOMO set in if this sneaker has breezed by you. We are all playing catch up and there’s no better time to get in touch than this latest set of colorways.
The Reebok Insta Pump Fury’s sibling has come of age as a part of the SR Pack that finds the sneaker with a sweet floral print in two colorways. The black pair relegates the flowers to shades of grey while the white pair displays reds and purples, to bring the silhouette to life.
The Reebok Furylite borrows elements from its pumped-up forbearer but really makes a name for itself in its own right. Look for these particular colorways to hit retailers like Wish sooner than later.
