Supreme Launches 2014 Summer Tees Collection

Supremesupremenewyork.com

Supreme keeps them coming and doesn’t know when to stop. The streetwear brand’s latest collection will certainly make you the coolest guy of the summer.

Supreme’s 2014 Summer Tees Collection is part of its collaboration with California skateboard company ANTIHERO.

The four original graphic T-shirts boasts vibrant airbrushed graffiti style designs and comes in different colors, including navy, pink and lime green.

We are particularly drawn by the Menace II Society tee as it honors the classic 1993 film by the Hughes Brothers.

We also love the graffiti-inspired Chucky (the ‘Forty Deuce’) and Supreme (the ’190E’) shirts as well. Both T-shirts were designed by Shirt Kings founder Edwin “PHADE” Sacasa, whose airbrush tees were highly sought after in the late ’80s. With his newest designs, there’s no question that his limited-edition T-shirts will be snatched up by fans all over the world.

The Supreme 2014 Summer Tees Collection will be available at the brand’s online store as well as their New York, London and Los Angeles locations on June 12. Folks in Japan will get them at their Tokyo location on June 14.

Nicki Minaj Fills 'Pills N Potions' Video with Bunnies, Skin and the Game

A sneak peek of Nicki Minaj‘s new video for ‘Pills N Potions’ last week unveiled a visual filled with a self-dispensing Pez rabbit, shots of the Game‘s tattoed frame and silver animated tears running down the YMCMB rapper’s face. Now, the complete Diane Martel-directed video arrives and as the snippet conveyed, it’s full of color and quirkiness.

Nicki gets plenty of solo camera time and even gets close with her co-star the Game, who plays her love interest. While the two are not necessarily acting out a story, the body language says it all — there’s problems in the relationship just like the song details. The trippy visuals (which add to the “pills and potions” lyrics) include a car that turns into colorful ooze, liquid mercury coming out of Nicki’s eyes and bunnies bopping to the beat.

There’s also more than a few eye-catching moments of the Queens, N.Y.-bred MC. She sings to the camera while wearing an oversized feather coat and gladiator heels in one shot and goes topless with tape covering her breasts in another — a visual we’re all too familiar with.

Produced by Dr. Luke and co-written by Ester Dean, ‘Pills N Potions’ is the lead single off Nicki’s upcoming third LP, ‘The Pink Print.’

Female Rapper Claims Jay Z's Attempted Cheating Sparked Infamous Elevator Fight With Solange

While the world witnessed Jay-Z and Solange‘s infamous elevator fight through surveillance footage last month, there has yet to be an explanation given for why the incident occurred in the first place. Rumors popped up that Solange was angry with Hov for choosing to attend a party Rihanna was throwing without his wife Beyonce. But no one inside that elevator is talking about the fight since a press release arrived shortly after. However, someone else is.

Nearly a month after the fight footage was released, a female rapper named Liv says she’s at the root of what sparked the entire snafu. Apparently Jay Z’s interest in her at one point lead to Solange’s outburst in the elevator.

According to Life & Style, Liv says that she first met Jay Z during a commercial shoot. He asked for her number and wanted to call her the next time he was in Miami. The two later saw each other at New York City hot spot Nobu, during which Solange apparently flipped out. “Solange was upset when she saw him talking to me,” says Liv. The fledgling rapper has posted screen grabs of the story all over her Instagram.

Despite fueling the story on social media after the elevator fight occurred, Liv claims she never actually slept with Jay. “This mag got the story 100% correct…. He fell heads over heels for me but I chose not to pursue him out of respect for Bey…. Not too many women show each other that kind of honor…. So no, I did not sleep WITH JAY Z…. But YEs, I could have.”

What do you think? Is Liv attempting to get her 15 minutes of fame by dragging Jay Z’s name around? Or is she telling the truth? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.

Exclusive! G Count Explains Riding with Durk, Issues With Game (@Da_G2420)

G Count sat down with VladTV to share his view on the Lil Durk/Tyga beef, and why he addressed Game jumping in from out of nowhere.

Count makes it clear that Durk is the lil homie and that he'll ride for him. He also states that he has no problem with Durk being in a rap beef since Hip-Hop is competitive by nature. However, he didn't think it was right of Game to jump in and go so hard at his Chi-town brother since he had nothing to do with it, and that's why he warned Game to stay out of it.

He also has a problem with Game, a Los Angeles native, feeling as though he has a certain kind of pass in Chicago and can say whatever he wants. According to him, there are certain things in the city you just don't talk about and Game is close to violating that code. That being said, it's more about respect than him having a personal issue with the Compton MC.

Exclusive! Kit Harington on New Film Role vs. 'Game of Thrones' (@kitharingtoncom)

Game of Thrones star Kit Harington & Oscar-nominated actor Djimon Hounsou sat down with VladTV to discuss their new film, How to Train Your Dragon 2.

Harington shared that this film was a pleasant break from the intensity of Game of Thrones, and that he jumped at the opportunity to do something different.

Hounsou also enjoyed taking on a different role, as he usually fills the role of a traditional "good guy." He said in this case he liked playing the villain because it let him reach a whole other range he never gets to touch on as the protagonist.

When Harington is asked about his status as a sex symbol, he humbly admits it's not something he really thinks about.
