Lil Wayne is in talks to be a part of a special musical moment for hip hop and many other genres.
According to Ms Info, the show titled Soundclash is executive produced by Questlove and hosted by popular DJ and Major Lazer creator, Diplo will be bring viewers an exciting way to discover new music.
The show's premise is to take a popular act and have them perform with two other musical acts to create fun mash-ups of hit songs.
Wayne is scheduled to appear on the VH1 show opener July 23 with Fall Out Boy and London Grammar. The following episode will feature Ed Sheeran, Sia and Grouplove.
