DMX has had documented financial troubles over the years, and it seems he's still going through it. TMZ reports that Dark Man X hasn't paid a penny towards the mortgage on his Mt. Kisco, NY home since 2008, currently owing $258,927 on the property worth just shy of $1 million.
The bank has now initiated foreclosure proceedings, though many wonder why it took them 6 years to do so. The home is currently still in Earl Simmons name.
