Texas State Trooper Penalized for Taking Picture With Snoop Dogg (@snoopdogg)

A Texas State trooper is currently being forced to undergo counseling and now also has a disciplinary mark on his record he can never appeal all because he took a picture with Big Snoop Dogg while at the South By Southwest Music Festival in Austin last month.
