Mogul: Jay Z Co-Launching Film and TV Management Company (@s_c_)

As if his business portfolio wasn't full enough already, Jay Z's Roc Nation is partnering with management company Three Six Group (which names Frank Ocean on its roster) to form Three Six Zero Entertainment, Billboard reports.
