Nike Air Force 1 High 'Nai Ke'

Hypebeast

Nike looks to help China ring in the new year with a slamming new Air Force 1 silhouette. The understated look even gives us a lesson in linguistics thanks to its name, which is actually the Chinese pronunciation of the word Nike.

With a clean white upper accented by red, the Nike Air Force 1 High ‘Nai Ke’ is as fun to look at as it is to pronounce. The colorblocking applied to the model is as traditional as they come but a red suede swoosh peeks out to throw some texture into the mix. The extra flair is provided by Chinese lettering embroidered on the heel tab, which seals the deal.

These are set to release before the month is up and you can best believe they’ll be in China. Hopefully, stateside Nike retailers will get them too.
