Pascal Le Segretain, Getty ImagesIf you thought Rihanna was done wowing us on the red carpet for the rest of the year, think again. The singer proved she’s truly a fashion force to be reckoned with at the 2014 British Fashion Awards in London last night (Dec. 1).
RiRi decided to leave her pants at home for the festivities and wore a lush oversized suit jacket, sheer nylons and sky-high stilettos to the Coliseum — the venue where the awards were held. Not only did she show her chest tattoo proudly, but she also seemed pretty confident at the show despite what little clothing she was wearing. But then again, she’s probably one of the few artists out there who can do that and wear it well — just take a look back at that sheer number she wore to the CFDA Awards.
Being the fashionista that she is, Rihanna made sure to do a wardrobe change later onin the evening. She went for a feminine white beaded gown that hugged her curves and a luxurious fur to keep her warm. While the dress looked very dainty and delicate, that didn’t stop her from rubbing elbows with model friends like Naomi Campbell and getting down on the dance floor at the awards show’s after party at the Oscar Wilde Bar in the Hotel Café Royal.
Meanwhile, Rita Ora showed off her toned legs in a thigh-high black number designed by Tom Ford, who was also the singer’s date.
