While most of last night's BET Awards was a huge success, one major fail took place for the world to see, as the team broadcasting the show managed to misspell Lionel Richie's name as Ritchie during his Lifetime Achievement Award speech.
Fortunately, Richie is known for his sense of humor, and likely laughed off the mistake. He graciously accepted his award from Pharrell, and was honored with a musical tribute from Yolanda Adams, John Legend, and Ledisi.
