This weekend, VladTV hit up the Billboard Music Awards, where the now infamous Michael Jackson hologram performance went down. With both hot and cold reviews from fans and media alike, VladTV wondered if celebs in the building were supportive of the controversial technology.
Singer Liv Warfield said while she has personal feelings about the hologram, she's more so looking forward to hearing new music from the King of Pop. Jermaine Jackson was very vocal about his disapproval of the hologram, but when we spoke to brother Jackie, he was all for it.
Giving a business perspective, venture capitalist and star of "Shark Tank," Kevin O'Leary, said the show must go on, even with the hologram company threatening to sue over the possible cancellation. With 3 competing technologies all finding their footing, it is a great time for innovation and building a currently non-existent business model.
