It looks like Ludacris’ ongoing legal battle with his baby mama is about to get ugly. After telling the judge he is unable to pay child support, he now wants full custody of his newborn daughter.

But in a surprising twist, Luda wants a judge to force the baby’s mother Tamika Fuller to pay child support to him!

The Atlanta rapper states in legal documents (via TMZ) that he’s a “fit and capable parent” and should get full physical custody of 2-month-old baby Cai. He cites that he’s always been an “active father” having raised his other 15-year-old daughter Karma from a previous relationship.

It’s unclear if the Grammy-winning artist is going to ask the judge to have Fuller pay him the $15,000 that she’s been requesting Luda to pay or not. If he is successful, it will definitely change the way in which women deal with high-profile celebrities.

Hopefully, Ludacris is being sincere and is not trying to punish his baby mama for digging deep into his pockets.

Ludacris is currently in a relationship with his girlfriend Eudoxie Agnan.
