Beyonce Encourages Girls to Take Charge in 'Ban Bossy' Campaign (@beyonce)

Beyonce wants girls everywhere to know it's ok to step up and lead the way. Her, along with Jennifer Garner, Condoleeza Rice, Jane Lynch and others, have teamed up in a PSA for the "Ban Bossy" campaign.

"I'm not bossy. I'm the boss," Bey rightfully tells us in the ad.
