Rap newcomers Local-Mu12, a collective of DJs and rhyme-spitters from the around the world, have enlisted Rapper Big Pooh (of Little Brother fame) for their newest single ‘Wealth.’
Produced by Real McKoy, the single features Local-Mu12 members Fokis, Stryfe and Switzerland rapper Juellz spitting bars about getting the cheddar.
“Everyday struggle but I’m on the grind though / Once you get that money, man, then it’s vamonos,” raps Fokis, adding, “Ni–a, I’m self-made / Something like a pimp / Alligators on walking with a limp.”
Big Pooh follows as he spits rhymes about hard work and dedication to achieve his dividends. “Started from the bottom / Now we are on the rise / Like a cake continuing to bake, we all need a plate,” he raps.
LOCAL-Mu12 is ready to bring a wealth of beats and rhymes with their debut album ‘Labor Day.’ The collection, which hit stores on Mar. 4, features guest appearances from rappers Skyzoo, Torae, Sadat X and GLC.
